💥🌟 Visit of Final Year Students from Alva’s Homoeopathic Medical College, Moodubidre to Seon Ashram.
On 5th May 2026, around 85 final-year students from Alva’s Homoeopathic Medical College, Mijar, Moodubidire, accompanied by their faculty members — Dr. Bibi Asma Desai (H.O.D., Department of Community Medicine), Dr. Sudhamathi S.M. (Professor), and Dr. Sharath Mandicha (Associate Professor) — visited Seon Ashram Trust as part of an educational and social outreach program.
The visit commenced with an orientation session conducted by Mrs. Asha Sudhakar (Social Worker) and Mr. Rithesh (HR), who presented the inspiring story behind the inception and remarkable 27-year journey of Seon Ashram. Through an informative presentation and video screening, the students were introduced to the Ashram’s mission, vision, and dedicated service towards the physically and mentally challenged, elderly, abandoned, and destitute individuals.
Following the orientation, the students were taken on a guided tour of the various wards and facilities within the Ashram. During the visit, they had the opportunity to personally interact with the residents, listen to their life experiences, and witness the compassionate care and support provided by the Ashram. These heartfelt interactions left a deep impression on the students and helped them better understand the value of empathy and humanitarian service.
The program also included cultural activities and fun-filled physical games, in which both the residents and students participated enthusiastically. The joyful atmosphere fostered a spirit of togetherness, friendship, and mutual encouragement, making the visit both meaningful and memorable for everyone involved.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. U.C. Paulose inspired the students with words of wisdom, encouraging them to uphold compassion, selfless service, and gratitude in both their professional and personal lives. He emphasized the importance of treating every individual with dignity, love, and care.
The visit concluded on a positive and emotional note, leaving the students enriched with valuable life lessons and a renewed sense of social responsibility.
