• “Health is a human right” - We will extend all possible medical aid to the poor so that no human suffers due to lack of medical attention.
• “Marriage Matters” - We will conduct marriages for the underprivileged and weaker sections of the society free of cost so that no girl child stays unmarried because of financial difficulties.
• “Helping people help themselves” - We are a trust that strongly believes in helping people to earn their livelihood through a permanent solution, instead of small funding. Hence we will work hard to generate employment opportunities for the poor by various means like helping them set up a shop, buying a taxi, tailoring machine, etc.
• "No one should have to live on streets" - For many older people who don't have a roof over their heads or anyone to support, we will provide them financial and moral support in helping them lead a life full of dignity.
• “Overcoming poverty is not a gesture of charity, but an act of Justice”– We will strive for a sustainable end to hunger & poverty. What we plan to do:

1. We will grant Annual scholarship for poor, deserving and needy students in order to help them pursue education and dream for a better future.

11. We will undertake blood donation camps at various locations to help in saving many lives during emergencies.
12. We will conduct cultural events, dance programs and hobby classes for the poor so as to make a day memorable for them.
13. We will bring freedom and mobility to few lives by donating wheel chairs for physically challenged and white canes for visually impaired individuals.
14. We will conduct self-defense training & workshop for school & college girls that will help them during any kind of unfortunate events.
15. We will conduct vocational training for women in rural areas. Through this project women from nearby villages are given training on candle making, agarbathi making etc. to self-sustain their livelihood.
16. Donating Food Supplies: Not everyone has access to basic necessities! Through this drive we will donate basic food supplies to homes for destitute.
17. Slipper Donations: There are over 300 million children across the globe who cannot afford shoes/slippers. This project aims at donating slippers to such children.
18. Adopt an animal - Through this project we will look at adopting the animals in the zoo for a set duration of time. Similar to human beings, animals too play an important role in the environment.
19. School Library: This project aims at setting up school library in the rural areas with various books contributed by people.
20. We will undertake a lot of community education campaign covering domestic violence and life threatening diseases like AIDS, Cancer etc.
21. Energy saving bulbs & water purification kits for villages - Through this initiative, we plan to provide energy saving bulbs to homes in rural areas. Our long term plan:

We aim to set up 4 major institutions in years to come so as to benefit the weaker sections and less fortunate people in the society.

1. Educational Institution: Our first long term objective is to provide quality education and empower children with a bright future by setting up an educational institution.

2. Medical College & Hospital: We wish to provide quality healthcare at affordable price & making the same facility accessible to thousands of people in rural areas by setting up medical college and hospital named after the trust.

3. Old Age Home: To set up old age home for the hapless and provide them financial and moral support helping them lead a life full of dignity.

4. Home for destitute, orphans & victims of physical abuse: We aim to provide a safe environment where the children and elders will have access to their basic rights of protection, education and healthcare. It’s just been a month since we started, but the trust has been instrumental in helping a lot of people in the neighborhood in terms of financial aid for construction of house, sponsoring education, distribution of old clothes and conducting various activities for the underprivileged. “Serving with dignity” is not a phrase.
It’s a choice we make in every action.

It means we don’t just provide help -
we preserve self-respect.

It means not treating people as beneficiaries,
but as individuals with stories, strength, and identity.

It means listening before acting.
Understanding before solving.
Standing beside, not above.

Because true service is not about charity.
It’s about restoring dignity where it was taken away.

At Ramlan Foundation, every initiative is built on this belief -
that impact is not measured by numbers alone,
but by how people feel when they receive it.

Not helped.
But respected.

Serving Humanity with Dignity Since 2013.

When the world stopped…
some lives went into survival mode.

During COVID-19, families struggled for the basics -
food, medicines, rent.

The Ramlan Foundation stepped in where it mattered most.

We focused on:
• Food & groceries
• Medicines & care
• Financial support

Delivered directly to those who needed it.

From daily wage earners to families with no safety net -
we reached the ones often left behind.

Because real service is not just about helping.
It’s about helping with dignity.

No one sees the 6AM alarms. ⏰

No one sees the hands that ache from packing box after box.

No one sees the tears held back when you look into a child's eyes and realise -
this could have been anyone.

But we show up anyway. Every single time. 🤍

↳ Boxes packed with love for families who have nothing
↳ Children on school streets finally feeling seen
↳ Volunteers who give not because they have extra - but because they care

There's no glory in this work. No viral moment.
Just a quiet, unshakeable belief that every human deserves dignity.

This is Behind the scenes. Always showing up. 🙏

A roof shouldn't be a privilege. 🏠

But for too many families - sleeping on pavements, under tarps, in makeshift shelters - that's exactly what it had become.

Through Housing the Homeless, we didn't just build structures.

We built stability.
We built safety.
We built somewhere to belong.

Because when a family has a home - children go to school from a safe address, parents sleep without fear, and lives are rebuilt with dignity.

A home is not just four walls.
It is the foundation for hope. 🙏

10,000 lives changed. 🤍

But what does that really mean?

It means a lost child reunited with their family.
A student who stayed in school.
A family with a roof above their heads.
An elder who smiled again.
A life society forgot - remembered.

Since 2013, the Ramlan Foundation has been showing up for the people others walk past. Through 100+ initiatives across education, health, livelihood, inclusion, and dignity - we've built a movement, one act of compassion at a time.

This isn't just a number. It's 10,000 stories.

What happens when a child decides to give?

They don't give because they have to.

They give because someone showed them they could.

The Children for Charity initiative - under the The Ramlan Foundation - began with the simplest of ideas: inviting young students to donate their pocket money to those in need.

That small act has grown into something far bigger.

5,000+ children across schools have contributed books, food kits, toys, and handwritten letters of hope - to children in orphanages and hospitals who needed to know someone cared.

But more than the donations, what these children are building is a lifelong instinct for compassion.

Because a generation that learns to give early - gives for life.

This is what the The Ramlan Foundation believes in.

Not just charity. A way of life.

From daily wages to IBM. 🌿

This is the story of 18 young people who were told - by circumstance, not by us - that higher education wasn't for them.

We disagreed.

Sharath's father counted daily wages just to keep food on the table.
Priya's mother - an NGO worker living with HIV - showed up every single day so her daughter could have a shot at something more.

These aren't isolated stories. There are 18 of them.

18 first-generation learners. Zero safety net. Zero roadmap.

Under Initiative 56, The Ramlan Foundation stepped in - not just with tuition fees, but with mentorship, counseling, exposure visits, and the kind of support that quietly tells a young person:

"You belong here. Keep going."

And they did.

📌 18 scholars supported through tuition, mentorship & life skills
📌 4 now placed at leading companies including IBM
📌 1 student - the first graduate in his entire village
📌 Multiple scholars have returned as mentors - passing it forward
But the number that stays with us isn't on any report.
It's the student who once couldn't afford her fees - who now mentors others and contributes to her family's income.

A full circle. Built on trust, grit, and community.

Project Chiguru isn't just a scholarship program.
It's proof that when you invest in a person - truly invest - the returns reach an entire generation. 💛

Behind every scholar is a family holding its breath.
Behind every family is a community waiting for proof that things can change.

You can be that proof.

Because the next Sharath. The next Priya.
They're out there right now - waiting for someone to believe in them first.
