1. RAPID: As a movement a church planting movement occurs with rapid
increase in new church starts.
2. Multiplicative: The increase in church is not by adding a few BELIEVERS every year, but by multiplication two becoming 4, 4 become 8, 8 become to 16 and so forth

Brief Interdiction
1. Bible Based
God’s word, “The Bible” will be given the top priority. Every effort will be made to teach the Bilical principles systematically.
2. Mission Practicing
The church must always motivate the members to follow the Great commandment and help fulfill the Great commission
3. Team leadership
For the smooth functioning of the church local leadership has to be developed. Developing leadership is a Biblical principle.
4. Resource generating
The importance of being a resource generating church should be communicated right from the beginning.

The Church should not encourage anyone being a spectator; everyone should be motivated to become a performer. The discipleship process should develop every one and equip then to get involved in proclaiming the Gospel.
