Dear friends we as a DMCSR are planning to make a post monsoon and pre winter bike ride tour program on 25th to Pelling and return back on 26th via Ravangla.

We have planned to start our group ride sharp at Morning 08:00 am from Chalsa Bus Stand and move forward towards Pelling. One night stay at pelling and next day we will return back via Ravangla route.

We need your feedback and engagement in this regards by 19th Oct Sunday.

At least 10 members need to join this tour program. So hope for the best.

All expenses of Staying and Fooding and activities will be disclosed once the program finalized and budget confirmed. Members may carry their male/female ride partners in this ride. Members may ride any type of bike or Scooty subject to assurance of all papers and driving license are ok.

Remaining will be published after finalization.

FASTag Annual Pass – Starting from 15th August

Valid for 200 toll transactions in a year or 1-year validity, whichever comes first.
Applicable only for private, non-commercial vehicles.
Your FASTag must be active with a positive balance.

How to Apply:

1. Download the RAJMARGYATRA app from the Play Store.

2. Authenticate using OTP.

3. Select the FASTag Annual Pass option.

4. Enter your vehicle number – the system will confirm if your vehicle is eligible.

5. Complete the payment process.

Activation Date: 15th August 2025

Estimated Cost & Savings Example:

Annual pass price: ₹2,000 (assumed)

Average toll cost for a private car: ₹90–₹120 per trip

If you cross 200 tolls in a year → Total cost: ₹18,000–₹24,000

With the pass, you could save around ₹16,000–₹22,000 annually.

Best Suited For:

Those who travel 2–3 times a month to places like Haldia, Bolpur, Durgapur from Kolkata or Siliguri, Kishanganj, Dalkhola, Coochbehar Alipurduar from Siliguri.

Or those who go on one or two long drives (1000+ km) in a year
