RIGBO was honoured to attend the Orientation of the Adi Karmayogi Project at Dhemaji District Administration as a CSO Partner under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India.

This initiative will empower tribal youth through skill development, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods, and RIGBO is committed to supporting its implementation on the ground.

RIGBO organized a Career Counselling and Mentoring Session for young minds to help them explore opportunities, discover their strengths, and build a clearer path toward their goals.
With expert guidance and inspiring mentors, the session empowered youth to ask questions, reflect on their dreams, and take confident steps forward in their journey.

A lively day with sketching, singing, and learning! Participants explored drawing techniques, joined a group sing-along, and shared ideas in an open talk on the environment. A career guidance session sparked new thoughts, and facilitators introduced the basics of videography.
