Hello Nellikudur,

We(Lokahita Association) did a program called Prathiba Puraskar on Sankranthi festival and we did this program to inspire other people and improve out economical growth, build community values in our village and not to criticize others.

Here is the list we finalized. Please prove if its wrong with a solid reason whoever thinks they are not eligible.

we did a lot of survey before we finalize and spend around 30 days with my association members.

we gathered a lot of information from different people at least 5 persons for each category.

We considered a lot of factors before we finalized the list but here are the main factors or reasons

1. He should be good at it his profession and more crop yield than others.
2. Hard worker with smart
3. Person should be inspiration to rest of the people who live in village
4. Poor ( optional )
5. Not a drinker while he is at work
6. Care about his traditional profession.
7. Good customer service
8. Good attitude / Helping nature
9. Always care about his profession
10. No criminal cases.
