🌸 Every woman deserves menstrual dignity. Every girl deserves equal access to menstrual hygiene.
Menstrual hygiene is not a privilege—it is a basic right.
We began this initiative with a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session, where tribal women and adolescent girls learned about menstrual health, hygiene practices, and the importance of using safe sanitary products. Awareness is the first step towards confidence and well-being.
Following the session, ASSCOD, with the generous support of OFSI, distributed Menstrual Hygiene Kits to tribal women and girls living in remote communities.
For many of us, sanitary napkins are easily available. But for many women in tribal and underserved communities, access to these basic essentials is still limited because of distance, affordability, and lack of awareness. Every woman deserves the same opportunity to manage her menstrual health safely and with dignity.
This initiative is not just about distributing kits. It is about creating awareness, ensuring equal access, and empowering every girl and woman to live with health, confidence, and dignity.
