Women’s Empowerment Through Skills & Entrepreneurship

A 15-day Free Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Training Programme has been inaugurated at Mutharaiyar Nagar Village, Periyapattinam Panchayat, Thiruppullani Block, Ramanathapuram.

The Inauguration of this women-focused training programme was highlighted in Desabhakthi Newspaper, bringing wider visibility to this important livelihood development initiative.

The programme focuses on empowering women through practical skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, helping them move towards greater economic independence.

The initiative is being jointly implemented by VAPS (Voluntary Association for Peoples Service) and Omega Forum under the OFSI – Omega Forum Social Contribution Initiative.
