ABOUT US
Metoomentor was commenced in 2014 which aims at providing technological awareness and support for girls in tier II and tier III region. We believe everybody have their own dreams and creative ideas...It is fair to give everyone a chance to follow their dreams. We focus on young women in this region to pursue their career after education. We select girls from underprivileged background, then we motivate, train and mentor them to participate in different women in Tech program such as, Technovation challenge Madurai, Technovation Bengaluru, Anita borg GHCI conference, NASSCOM 10,000 startups, Google launchpad etc.
We also provide them a technological support to convert their idea into a product. Till date we have a record of mentoring 400+ girls from colleges and Schools in Madurai. We also work with few colleges and schools by conducting hackathon and open source events every weekend to improve their technological skills.
