It has focused its attention on the weaker sections of the population including the deprived migrant population, the girl child and the unemployed youth. Monga, who is an NRI, well established executive in the USA. He is fortunate enough to receive support

from like-minded friends and associates; these eminent individuals form the board of trustees working with the motto of 'sharing and caring'. The objective of DBC Trust is to make a progressive change and a positive impact by promoting a social structure that is morally strong and economically equitable. A handpicked team of qualified professionals ensures that the daily operations of all projects are carried out professionally. Our hearts are filled with gratitude as we reflect on another beautiful Full Moon Activation at Heavenly Palace. It was an evening where our residents, staff, and guests experienced moments of deep peace, heartfelt reflection, and inner connection.

Guided with compassion by Mrs. Pooja Grover , Spiritual Mentor, Energy Healer, and Founder of Mindful Intuitions , participants were gently led through a deeply transformative journey of guided meditation, deep cellular healing, Reiki energy healing, spiritual learning, and self-reflection.

The theme of this Full Moon - Uprising, Truth Surfacing, Expansion, and Possibilities - invited everyone to awaken to their inner strength, embrace the truths emerging from within, and welcome new opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. It served as a gentle reminder that every ending creates space for a new beginning, encouraging us to rise above limitations, trust our inner wisdom, expand our perspective, and step forward with courage into a future filled with infinite possibilities.

Today’s gathering became even more special when the children of Heavenly Angels lovingly showered our senior residents with flower petals, honouring them as living Gurus whose wisdom and life experiences are a blessing to us all.

The children also offered flowers to our respected Chairman Sir and Pooja Ma’am, honouring them as Gurus whose guidance, encouragement and loving presence have consistently made a meaningful difference in their lives. It was a beautiful moment of gratitude that touched every heart present.

He emphasized that the growing fast-food culture has contributed to an increase in lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and arthritis.

Dr. L. S. Bhullar also addressed the residents and presented a concise overview of lifestyle diseases, their causes, and their impact on health and well-being.

Dr. Gurmeet Kaur shared practical tips on dietary management and explained how the appropriate use of herbs and Ayurvedic medicines can help improve the quality of life of individuals suffering from lifestyle diseases.
