🚨 Punjab has notified certain road traffic offences as Non-Compoundable.
Road safety laws are designed not only to regulate traffic but also to protect lives. Through a notification issued by the Government of Punjab, certain offences under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 are to be treated as Non-Compoundable.
The notification covers offences relating to:
🚦 Jumping a red light
🛑 Violating a stop sign
↩️ Driving against the authorised flow of traffic
⚠️ Dangerous driving
🍺 Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
👦 Underage driving
