On this auspicious day we have some positive news.

In Malbro case of ground water pollution by malbros, government has been conniving with criminal industry till now. It started with a suo moto spot visit, sampling and water testing by Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal and giving a bogus cleanchit to industry. This clean chit was propagated as one coming from NGT and used by government officials and politicians to emphasise innocence of Malbros. It was known to all that Seechewal ji did not visit or arranged sampling on instructions of NGT but on his own to help Malbros.

Now the positive development is that Punjab’s government submitted its detailed affidavit, yesterday on November 04, 2025. In its 9 page affidavit government has also affirmed that Mall Bros are a rogue industry should be permanently closed and be punished for the crime done against society in previous years.

This shows change in government thinking. This is a clear message to corrupt poliiticians and government officers. A slap on PPCB!!

10 months back, Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal hijacked our campaign against industrial pollution of Buddha Darya and converted it into drive against some villages and few stand alone dairies, upstream, pouring their waste in Buddha Darya.

After 10 month pollution of Buddha has worsened. Seechewal ji succeeded in diverting attention from Buddha Darya, distracting and demoralising PAC.

Polluting industries and their conniving agencies got benefits.

It appears planned. The way Seechewal ji planned an univited and illegal clean chit to Malbros.

Now is time to all PAC volunteers to sit together and replan their fight against industrial polluters and their friendly agencies 🙏🏼🙏🏼
