Since its origin, 'SES' has been engaged with various developmental programs addressing issues of children, women, youth & unprivileged groups. These programs are based on community, gender participation & ethical ecological values. Over the years, 'SES' has molded itself in an organization working with rights & advocacy based approach. Conducting various capacity building sessions & programs, the
organization also publishes its quarterly newsletter 'ECHO SES' which talks about over social & developmental issues.
'SES' treats all employees equally irrespective of their caste, creed, s*x or religion. SES has some inherent values borrowed from its founder member; Honesty, Trust and Team Work. And we are also committed to support 'Ten Principles' of the UN Global Compact with respect to human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. Over the years SES has established its identity in Uttar Pradesh & other states. Years of Perseverance, dedication, determination of SES towards pious social cause was appreciated in 2011 by 'Economic & Social Council of United Nation' as SES was accorded 'Special Consultative Status'. SES is also associated with variety of network such as FANSA (A network on Water & Sanitation), The White Ribbon Alliance (International coalition which pushes for change to make pregnancy and childbirth safe for women and newborns around the world), SANDEE (A regional network that uses economic tools and analyses to address South Asia's environmental challenges.), GCPEA (GCPEA is a new global coalition officially formed out of a series of technical conferences convened by UNESCO to protect education from attack), Girls Not Bride (a global partnership of organizations working to end child marriage all over the world.) & Teach Aids (it is dedicated to addressing the challenges associated with providing health education through the creation of free, research-based, culturally-appropriate learning materials.) SES is also proudly accredited by Credibility Alliance in Year 2015.
