हरे कृष्ण आप को लगेगा अजीब बकवास है , किन्तु यह सत्य है.. .
पिछले 68 सालों में पीपल, बरगद और नीम के पेडों को सरकारी स्तर पर लगाना बन्द किया गया है, 😢
पीपल कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड का 100% एबजॉर्बर है, बरगद 80% और नीम 75 %
इसके बदले लोगो ने विदेशी यूकेलिप्टस को लगाना शुरू कर दिया , जो जमीन को जल विहीन कर देता है, 😠
आज हर जगह यूकेलिप्टस, गुलमोहर और अन्य सजावटी पेड़ो ने ले ली है, अब जब वायुमण्डल में रिफ्रेशर ही नही रहेगा तो गर्मी तो बढ़ेगी ही, और जब गर्मी बढ़ेगी तो जल भाप बनकर उड़ेगा ही,
हर 500 मीटर की दूरी पर एक पीपल का पेड़ लगायें, तो आने वाले कुछ साल भर बाद प्रदूषण मुक्त हिन्दुस्तान होगा..💞
वैसे आपको एक और जानकारी दे दी जाए……... पीपल के पत्ते का फलक अधिक और डंठल पतला होता है
जिसकी वजह शांत मौसम में भी पत्ते हिलते रहते हैं और स्वच्छ ऑक्सीजन देते रहते हैं।💞
वैसे भी पीपल को वृक्षों का राजा कहते है। इसकी वंदना में एक श्लोक देखिए-
मूलम् ब्रह्मा, त्वचा विष्णु, सखा शंकरमेवच।
पत्रे-पत्रेका सर्वदेवानाम, वृक्षराज नमस्तुते।

अब करने योग्य कार्य.... 💞
इन जीवनदायी पेड़ों को ज्यादा से ज्यादा लगाने के लिए समाज में जागरूकता बढ़ायें....
बाग बगीचे बनाइये, पेड़ पौधे लगाइये, बगीचों को फालतू के खेल का मैदान मत बनाइये..... जैसे इंसान को हवा के साथ पानी की जरूरत है, वैसे ही पेड़ पौधों को भी हवा के साथ पानी की जरूरत है.....
#बरगद एक लगाइये, पीपल रोपें पाँच।
घर घर नीम लगाइये,यही पुरातन साँच।।🌹
यही पुरातन साँच,- आज सब मान रहे हैं।
भाग जाय प्रदूषण सभी अब जान रहे हैं ।🌹
विश्वताप मिट जाये होय हर जन मन गदगद।

1 अप्रैल 2026 से क्या बदलेगा?

Section 17(2) - Code on Wages: इस नए नियम के तहत कंपनी को कर्मचारी के आखिरी वर्किंग डे के 2 वर्किंग डेज के भीतर सारा पैसा चुकाना होगा.

किस पर लागू होगा: चाहे आपने खुद इस्तीफा दिया हो, कंपनी ने आपको निकाला हो, या आप छंटनी (Retrenchment) के शिकार हुए हों- नियम सब पर समान है.

देरी हुई तो क्या: अगर कंपनी 2 दिन में भुगतान नहीं करती, तो यह कानूनी उल्लंघन माना जाएगा. आप लेबर डिपार्टमेंट में शिकायत कर सकते हैं और देरी के लिए ब्याज (Interest) की मांग भी कर सकते हैं.

I always emphasise. What ever you earn. Save 20% min. Put 10% in safe investment and balance 10% in SIP/ Mutualfund/appreciating assets.

People fail to understand, that it is the reservation which actually is dividing people. Weakening the nation.
In place of reservation, there should be
1. Unlimited attemprs
2. Free libraries for study/issue of books
3. Discounted exam free (not zero)
4. Concessional loan or free education.

BUT NO COMPROMISE IN QUALITY, IF ONE WANTS NATION TO BE STRONG

Forwarding as received, since it's worth giving thought and finding solutions for your children.

Have you noticed something strange?
It is no longer expensive to fall sick.
It is criminal.
Especially if you are middle class.

Doctors are costly.
Beds are costlier.
Medicines feel like luxury products.

This trend exploded after COVID.

Everyone complains.
No one asks why.

So I did.

What I found was disturbing.
And deeply uncomfortable.

Quality healthcare is slipping away from middle class.

The model was perfected in the West.
Now it has arrived in India.

Between 2022 and 2024,
~$4 billion flowed into Indian hospital chains.
Quietly.
Precisely.

Major stakes were acquired.

Manipal Hospitals.
CARE Hospitals.
KIMSHEALTH.
HCG Oncology.
Ujala Cygnus.
Motherhood Hospitals.
Sahyadri.
Rainbow.
Aster.

Most now have 51% to 75% foreign ownership.

Western Companies are buying stakes aggressively.
Replacing local hospitals in every district.
Standardising billing.
Normalising shock.

And hospitals are only one side,
of the deadly triangle.

Second point.
Pharma companies.

Look closely.

Every major Indian pharma company,
Has Western Investors.

Sun Pharmaceutical.
Dr. Reddy’s.
Cipla.
Aurobindo Pharma.
Lupin.
Divi’s.
Zydus.

All have 20-35% foreign ownership.

Third point.
Medical insurance companies.

Most are joint ventures.
Or foreign-controlled.

Niva Bupa.
HDFC ERGO.
ICICI Lombard.
Bajaj Allianz.
Tata AIG.
Reliance.
Aditya Birla.
ACKO.
Go Digit.

Foreign stakes range from 26% to 67%.
Some are now allowed to go up to 100%.

Now connect the triangle.

Hospitals inflate bills.
Pharma supplies premium medicines.
Insurance collects premiums.

Insurance is mandatory at work.
Insurance is sold aggressively on TV.
Fear is the marketing strategy.

Then illness strikes.

A bypass surgery in 2010 cost ₹2.5-3 lakh.
In 2025, it costs ₹6-10 lakh.
That is a 150–200% jump.

Bed charges rose faster.
ICU rates exploded.

Nearly 60-70% of claims face,
deductions or rejection.

The rest?
Paid by savings.
Or loans.

Now go deeper.
Follow the money.

You will see the same investors across hospitals.
Across pharma.
Across insurance.

I won’t name them.
Do your own research.

This is not coincidence.
This is the design.

Private hospitals profit.
Pharma profits.
Insurance profits.

Balance Sheet > Healthcare.

Bharat runs Jan Aushadhi Kendras.
Same medicines.
At 80-90% lower prices.

Look closer at the prescription.
Same salt.
Same molecule.
Same chemistry.

Yet one strip costs ₹400.
Another costs ₹40.

But doctors rarely prescribe them.
Not because they don’t work.
But because they don’t pay.

The ecosystem protects itself.
This is how the cartel breathes.

So where does the middle class go?
Nowhere.

They pay tax.
They pay premiums.
They pay bills.
And still beg for dignity.

This is not healthcare anymore.
This is a Western designed medical economy.

And why no one is Questioning it?

1. मैं दांत साफ करते समय नल खुला नहीं रखूंगा।
2. मैं अपनी प्लेट में खाना नहीं रहने दूंगा, न ही खाना बर्बाद करूंगा।
3. मैं कागज के दोनों तरफ इस्तेमाल करूंगा और एक तरफ इस्तेमाल किए गए कागज के दूसरी तरफ का इस्तेमाल करूंगा। मैं कागज बचाने की पूरी कोशिश करूंगा।
4. मैं कहीं भी कचरा नहीं फेंकूंगा, कचरा पेटी में डालूँगा।
5. मैं उन सभी डिवाइस और चार्जर को तुरंत बंद कर दूंगा जो इस्तेमाल में नहीं हैं।
6. मैं AC, RO या वॉशिंग मशीन से निकलने वाले पानी का दोबारा इस्तेमाल करूंगा...
7. मैं नहाने के लिए शॉवर की जगह एक छोटी बाल्टी और टब का इस्तेमाल करूंगा।
8. मैं जब भी घर से बाहर निकलूंगा तो एक कपड़े का थैला ले जाऊंगा।
9. जब भी मैं बाहर जाऊंगा तो अपनी पानी की बोतल अपने साथ रखूंगा।
10. अपनी गाड़ियों को धोने के बजाय, मैं उन्हें गीले कपड़े से साफ़ करूँगा।

11. दूध का पाउच या कोई भी पैकेट काटते समय, मैं उसे इस तरह काटूँगा कि ऊपर का कटा हुआ टुकड़ा उसमें लटका रहे।

12. मैं प्लास्टिक के पैकेट में स्नैक्स इस्तेमाल करने से बचूँगा। साथ ही, मैं पेपर-प्लास्टिक के कप में चाय और छाछ पीने से भी बचूँगा।

13. मैं लाइट व पंखे कम से कम इस्तेमाल करके, खिड़कियाँ और दरवाज़े खोलकर कुदरती हवा और धूप का इस्तेमाल बढ़ाऊँगा।

14. मैं घर के आँगन में चिड़ियों के लिए पानी का कटोरा रखूँगा और उनके लिए चना डालूँगा।

15. मैं छोटी दूरी के लिए पैदल चलूँगा या साइकिल का इस्तेमाल करूँगा।

16. जब मुझे सिग्नल पर या लाइन में इंतज़ार करना होगा तो मैं अपनी गाड़ी का इंजन बंद कर दूँगा।

17. मैं AC का इस्तेमाल कम करूँगा और इस्तेमाल करते समय उसे 24 से 26 डिग्री पर रखूँगा।

18. मैं डिस्पोज़ेबल चीज़ों के बजाय दोबारा इस्तेमाल होने वाली चीज़ों का इस्तेमाल करूँगा।
19. मैं आज से कम से कम एक बाल्टी पानी बचाने की कोशिश करूँगा।

20. मैं अपने परिवार के खास दिनों पर एक पेड़ लगाऊँगा।

21. मैं सड़क के गलत साइड में गाड़ी नहीं चलाऊँगा।

22. मैं बिना सीटबेल्ट और हेलमेट के गाड़ी नहीं चलाऊँगा।

23. मैं गर्व से अपनी भाषा, संस्कृति, खाना, यात्रा, भजन और इमारतों को अपनाऊँगा, और स्वदेशी होने पर ज़ोर दूँगा।

24. मैं पर्यावरण को बचाने की पूरी कोशिश करूँगा।

25. मैं हमेशा अपने घर, परिवार और गाँव के प्रति प्रेम का व्यवहार करूँगा।
