Mitr We are a Non Government Organisation working for Rural and Urban Development in various sectors. MITR is a non-profit NGO.

We are a charitable organization that specializes in the education and empowerment of less-privileged children, youth and women through working with them at an individual level. Our programmes include schools, remedial education, computer training, adult literacy, skills training, microfinance and social entrepreneurship. Founded in July 31,2008 by Mr Rajendra Pratap singh, it began with small ste

ps towards empowering youth and connect them with employment. MITR is now offers programs in major cities in some of the poorest neighbourhoods of Uttar Pradesh and spreading wing nationally. Our team includes volunteers, teachers and staff and a large circle of committed friends, donors and well-wishers. Mitr has made a difference in the lives of more than 15000 families over 9 years, over 2,500 people have been empowered to earn their own living, and more than 50,000 have benefited from our programs.
