The Sankalp Drug De-Addiction & Health Care Centre, Raebareli with support from NTPC has emerged as a strong pillar of community health and social transformation.
Over the last 11 months, more than 11,000 individuals have received counseling, treatment, and rehabilitation support, reflecting the growing demand and trust in the Centre’s services.

Through sustained awareness campaigns, medical care, psychological counseling, and rehabilitation support across rural and urban areas, Sankalp is not only helping individuals overcome addiction but also strengthening families and communities.

The increasing demand for its services stands as a testimony to the urgent need for structured, compassionate, and accessible de-addiction and healthcare initiatives.

Sankalp – Drug De-Addiction and Health Care Centre organized a powerful awareness camp in Sonbhadra, encouraging people to choose life over addiction.
Through open dialogue and community participation, residents learned about the harmful effects of substance abuse and ways to achieve freedom from addiction through counseling and rehabilitation.
The session emphasized that addiction leads to destruction, while awareness leads to transformation. The initiative aimed to spread knowledge about addiction-related health issues and motivate individuals to inspire others toward a healthier, addiction-free life.

🔹 Mobile Toilet Units
🔹 Vehicle-Mounted Toilet Facility

📍Near Paasi Chauraha, this marks the beginning of our commitment to provide access to clean water and sanitation.
