Humbled to have facilitated two sessions for around 500 students of Grades IXth to XIIth separately at St. Anthony’s School, Barabanki on the topic - *"Understanding Child Protection Mechanisms and the POCSO Act (The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences)."*

Heartfelt gratitude to the school management and the Principal for this opportunity.

The interactive Q&A gave a real insight into the concerns of young minds and the importance of seeking support from a trusted adult. Discussing myths and realities around red flags, manipulation, and online friendships was the most powerful part of the session.

It was heartening to see students actively engaging, noting important points, and committing to sharing this information with their siblings and friends.

A day truly filled with gratitude. 🙏

A meaningful day was spent with around 60 participants.

जब इस तरह के संवाद लगभग विभिन्न उम्र और परिवेश से आयीं महिलाओं के साथ हुए तो समा बंधता चला गया। यह प्रशिक्षार्थी स्वयं जूट के सामान बनाना सीखने आई थी, ताकि प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करके वह स्वरोजगार आरम्भ कर सकें।

उनका साथ दे रहीं हैं ‘जूट फॉर लाइफ’ संस्था उनको मुफ्त प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करके।

I have shared with them that keeping positive attitude, self believe, stop comparing with others, identify self talents and qualities, respect yourself, stay away from fake social media info, keep realistic goals will take you to your goals.✌️

Gratitude to be a Judge for VASUDHA 4.0 – The Inter School Fest, being organised at International School, Vrindavan Yojna Campus, Lucknow.

VASUDHA 4.0 is a celebration of curiosity, and creativity, bringing together young minds from different schools to showcase their ideas, and innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Encouraging the young innovators to pursue scientific thinking and excellence was an excellent experience for me. Sharing my insights with the participants to be a minimalist and think twice , how their action will impact the Mother Earth was welcomed by them.

Meeting with the renowned educationists, fortunately many of them are my old friends 😊 was very exciting and refreshing.

Honoured to hear the wonderful vision and encouraging words of the madam chairperson.

Grateful for an opportunity to facilitate an interactive session at the Canossa Convent, Lucknow.

Latest CBSE. Initiatives and reforms was the initial topic, which led to many meaningful conversations with around 60 educationists.

Teaching methodology/Pedagogy was the issue, which was taken up in the second half of the session.

Brief details about the Art Integration, Cyber Security, mental and Physical well- being, parents’ expectations etc were keeping all the participants engaged through their queries and experience sharing.

Laughter and anecdotes were the ice on the cake throughout the session. 😊

EARTH 🌏 - home for everyone.

We are grateful to host all these birds.

Our small act of kindness to keep water, bird feed and bread crumbs, brings them to us everyday 🤗

Old shoe box into nest (DIY) rear their baby birds every year. 😍

365 days make us purposeful as we start our day by keeping water, bird feed, bread crumbs for the birds, crows, dove and parrots at our rooftop🤗

Day ends by feeding 8-10 stray babies, who always wag tails by showing their gratitude to us 🙏

In between, we raise our voice for the voiceless and for their rights.

Past 23 years of our existence were meaningful. Quietly, we are progressing and our friends with feathers and tails are growing 🧿♥️
