The First Indo Nepal Vovinam Championship was organized on 17, 18, 19 May 2025 in Lucknow. The organizer and technical secretary of the program Pramod Tiwari said that this competition is being organized for the first time in which more than 110 players from all over India and 35 players from Nepal participated. Former Lok Sabha MP and Union Minister Shri Kaushal Kishore ji was present at the conclusion of the program. He boosted the enthusiasm of sports and sportsmen. In this competition, the players have shown their strength in the last day of the competition and the overall champion in the medal table is India. The team of Nepal got the second position by performing the same.

The 13th Vovinam National Championship was held from 26 to 29 December 2024 at Bhavani Niketan College Indoor Stadium, Sikar Road, Jaipur Rajasthan .480 athletes from various weight groups and from around 18 states participated in it. In this competition, Maharashtra got first, Uttar Pradesh second and Rajasthan third. Film actor Jitendra Singh Jadoun (Jojo) was the chief guest at the closing ceremony on Sunday, while special guest Pratap Bhanusingh Shekhawat was present. Addressing the athletes, film actor Jadoun said that sports is a great tonic for our overall development.
The competition was conducted by Rajasthan Vovinam President Vikas Sharma under the guidance of Indian Vovinam Founder President Dr. Vishnu Sahai.
