ऑल इंडिया स्टेशन मास्टर एसोसिएशन (AISMA) ने आज 15 जून 2026 को भारतीय रेलवे के समस्त 69 डिवीजनों में अभूतपूर्व एकजुटता और अनुशासन के साथ अपनी चार प्रमुख मांगों को लेकर ऑन-ड्यूटी बैज लगाकर जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया। यह केवल एक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि स्टेशन मास्टरों की आवाज़, उनका संकल्प और उनका अधिकार है।
सभी साथियों ने एक स्वर में प्रशासन को यह स्पष्ट संदेश दिया कि अब समय आ गया है इन मांगों का त्वरित और ठोस समाधान किया जाए।
हमारी चार प्रमुख मांगें:
1. पूरे भारतीय रेलवे में सभी रिक्त पदों को भरकर “जीरो वैकेंसी” सुनिश्चित की जाए।
2. अमानवीय 12 घंटे के रोस्टर को तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त किया जाए।
3. बिना किसी सीलिंग के सभी को नाइट ड्यूटी अलाउंस प्रदान किया जाए।
4. स्ट्रीमलाइन प्रक्रिया के तहत IRT एवं IDT के सभी लंबित मामलों का तुरंत निपटारा कर, स्टेशन मास्टरों को उनके इच्छित स्थानों पर नियुक्त किया जाए।
यह सर्वविदित है कि भारतीय रेलवे की रीढ़ स्टेशन मास्टर आज भारी मानसिक और शारीरिक दबाव में कार्य कर रहा है।
वह हर परिस्थिति में सुरक्षा और समयपालन को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देकर रेलवे को चला रहा है, लेकिन इसके बदले उसे मिल रहा हैं मानसिक तनाव, अत्यधिक कार्यभार, पारिवारिक दूरी और सामाजिक अलगाव।
आज स्थिति यह है कि स्टेशन मास्टर 100% सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करते हुए भी अपने परिवार और समाज के प्रति जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन नहीं कर पा रहा है। यह केवल एक कर्मचारी की समस्या नहीं, बल्कि पूरे सिस्टम की चेतावनी है।
यदि स्टेशन मास्टर सशक्त होगा, तभी भारतीय रेलवे सुरक्षित, समयबद्ध और सशक्त बनेगी। इसलिए AISMA प्रशासन से आग्रह ही नहीं, बल्कि दृढ़ता से मांग करता है कि इन मुद्दों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए तत्काल समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

The All India Station Masters Association (AISMA), on 15 June 2026, demonstrated remarkable unity and discipline across all 69 divisions of Indian Railways by wearing on-duty badges to strongly present their four key demands. This was not just a program, but the voice, determination, and rightful assertion of Station Masters.
All members, in one voice, conveyed a clear message to the administration that the time has come for the immediate and concrete resolution of these demands.
Our Four Major Demands:
1. All vacant posts across Indian Railways must be filled to ensure “Zero Vacancy.”
2. The inhumane 12-hour roster must be abolished with immediate effect.
3. Night Duty Allowance should be granted to all without any ceiling.
4. Under the streamlined process, all pending IRT and IDT cases must be resolved immediately, and Station Masters should be posted to their desired locations without delay.
It is a well known fact that the backbone of Indian Railways the Station Master is currently working under immense mental and physical pressure. Despite prioritizing safety and punctuality under all circumstances, they are facing mental stress, excessive workload, separation from family, and social isolation in return.
The situation today is such that even while ensuring 100% safety, Station Masters are unable to fulfill their responsibilities towards their families and society. This is not just an issue of one employee, but a warning sign for the entire system.
If the Station Master is empowered, only then can Indian Railways become safe, punctual, and strong. Therefore, AISMA not only requests but firmly demands that these issues be given priority and resolved immediately.
