We are proud to share a significant milestone from PSS Trust under our new initiative School Plus – Shiksha Sethu.

As part of our Polytechnic 2026 program, a total of 426 students have successfully applied for the Polytechnic Entrance Exam (as of 20th April 2026).

This achievement reflects the collective effort of our dedicated team, volunteers, and branch coordinators who worked tirelessly to guide and support students across all locations.

Our focus now moves towards the next step — preparing students for the entrance exam on May 13, 2026, through structured coaching and continuous guidance.

We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to making this possible. Your support is helping us create better educational opportunities for students.

On 07-02-2025, I was part of the PSS Trust team that visited several school branches in the Ranga Reddy District under the School + Shiksha Setu Program. We started from the PSS Trust Main Branch, Miyapur, and traveled in a winger vehicle with our chief organizers and team members.
We visited ZPHS Shamshabad, ZPHS Shadnagar Girls School, ZPHS Shadnagar Boys School, ZPHS Sardarnagar, ZPHS Manmarry, and ZPHS Pedda Yelikicharla between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM. During the visits, we interacted with school heads, staff, volunteers, and students from 8th to 10th classes. We guided students on summer learning programs, Polytechnic courses, the registration process, coaching support, job opportunities, and higher education support provided by PSS Trust. The sessions were interactive, informative, and ended with discussions and fun activities.

We are happy to introduce School Plus – Shikshasethu, a new educational initiative by PSS TRUST, started to support students from government schools.

This program is designed to help 9th and 10th class students by providing: 📘 After-school academic support

1. Strong foundation in core subjects
2. Guidance, mentoring, and life skills
3. Confidence for exams and future careers

Our aim is to bridge the learning gap, reduce dropouts, and create equal learning opportunities, especially for underprivileged and girl students.
Education is the strongest path to change lives, and through this initiative, we hope to reach many more government school students and support them in building a brighter future.

School Plus – Shiksha Sethu Program | Transforming Government School Education

PSS Trust (Potukuchi Somasundara Social Welfare and Charitable Trust) has been working consistently to support students from underserved communities.

Today, over 1,200+ students across multiple government schools are already benefiting from our educational initiatives.

Building on this experience and impact, we proudly launched our 2025 flagship initiative – School Plus: Shiksha Sethu Program.

📌 What is Shiksha Sethu?

Shiksha Sethu is a structured support system that acts as a bridge between students, schools, and future opportunities.

It goes beyond textbooks and focuses on guidance, discipline, mindset, and life skills.

Clear short-term academic goals to improve focus and motivation

Time management & disciplined study habits

Many government school students have talent and potential, but lack guidance, exposure, and structured support.

Shiksha Sethu fills this gap by creating safe learning zones and mentorship-driven education inside school ecosystems.

A proud moment for all of us at Potukuchi Somasundara Social Welfare & Charitable Trust We had the honor of meeting the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Dr. C. P. Radhakrishnan, at Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad. We shared our social service and community welfare programs, and the Governor appreciated our support for underprivileged students in education, food, and healthcare.
