The 90 days training program carried out for 375 youths. And 282 candidates access the job in the reputed companies like shoppers stop, big bazar, landmark, vishwa super market etc. More than 40 companies are in the collaboration with SSEN for offering jobs trained by us. The 90 days training program includes specific skills in its own domain, personality development, English speaking and how to face interviews. Interactive digital classroom is used for training the students
The course is not only help them to improve the skills, but also bring confidence in their lives. This can be easily scaled up in other areas because its is a revenue model. The unemployed youths are all over the country. And lot of companies seeking for good talent. Based on our past experience now we are partnered with IL&FS for meson’s training in solapur district. This is a best example for scale up.
