Birds sounds identification activity was conducted in the academic session. This activity helps children to increase their hearing, develops language, and improves their recognition ability. It also increases memory power, interest in learning, self-confidence in children.

A memorization activity was conducted in the cognitive session. This activity helped the children increase their thinking power, promoted speaking skills, and also helped in the development of memory, learning ability, and cognitive skills.

On 2nd February 2026 in Delhi, IDFC FIRST Bank, in collaboration with NDTV, From Shri C R Patil Jala Shakthi Union Minister an Mission Impact where our Trust received the “Best Social Entrepreneur – Changing the Lives of Children with Disabilities” award under the EK Prayas Program.

Through EK Prayas, the Trust has been working tirelessly for children and individuals with Intellectual Disability, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.

We are especially delighted to share that our Program Manager, Mr. Sagar Poojari, received the award on behalf of the Trust — a proud moment for our entire team, parents, and children.

This recognition motivates us to continue our mission of inclusion, dignity, and hope for every child.

Our teacher told the story of the Thirsty Crow using flash cards and a small bird puppet for our children with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. 🐦📖 The colorful pictures and puppet made the story more interesting, and the children watched and listened with great attention. Activities like this help improve understanding, focus, and communication in a fun and caring way. Seeing the children enjoy the session made the moment very special for all of us.

Our ID child Rekha is showing amazing progress and has begun to independently identify and name five animals with confidence. This achievement reflects her growing understanding, memory, and continuous learning. With the dedicated support of our teachers and regular practice, Rekha is moving forward step by step. We are truly proud of her journey and excited to see her learn and shine even more each day.

Our children with Intellectual Disabilities are making wonderful progress! They successfully identified three to four different fruits, showing growth in recognition, focus, and learning skills. This progress is the result of consistent efforts, patience, and dedication of our teachers, who guide each child with care and encouragement every day. Moments like these remind us that with the right support and loving guidance, every child can shine.
