Yesterday, on International Women’s Day, Bright Future centres across , Hyderabad, Ahmedabad Bangalore Pune, and Delhi came together to celebrate women in our communities.

The day was spent with community women, aspirants, mothers, alumni, volunteers, and staff through health and hygiene sessions, conversations on menstrual health and cyber safety, poster making, awareness activities, a film screening, and simple celebrations that brought women together to learn and share.

Across these centres, one thing stood out clearly, women show up for everyone else every day, but rarely get spaces that focus on them. These conversations, sessions, and community gatherings are small but important steps toward changing that.

At Bright Future, our work with girls and young women continues through the Bright Future Aasmaan Initiative, which supports girls from underserved communities with scholarships, mentorship, and career guidance.

This March, we aim to support 100 young women, with ₹10,000 scholarship support for each girl to continue her education and career journey.

Want to support a girl’s journey through Aasmaan?
Check the link in bio or DM us to know more.

Because when one girl gets the opportunity to move forward, an entire family, and often a whole community, moves forward with her.

When you walk into a centre and hear a parent speak about their child’s confidence, or an alumnus share how they found career direction, the impact feels real.

Last week, our Ghatkopar Centre hosted Bright Future Sair, a space where we opened our doors to potential partners, donors, volunteers, and collaborators to experience our work up close.

Bright Future Sair was designed with one clear intention: to move beyond presentations and numbers, and create honest conversations around the journeys of our aspirants, alumni, and families. Our community members shared their stories in their own words, about clarity, courage, first opportunities, and the small but powerful shifts that shape futures.

We were joined by corporate professionals who spent time interacting directly with our youth and parents. These exchanges helped build a deeper understanding, not just of what we do, but why it matters.

The idea behind this engagement was simple:
To create meaningful connections that can grow into long-term collaborations, whether through volunteering, mentorship masterclasses, employment pathways for our youth, financial support, or strategic partnerships aligned with our mission.

Real change strengthens when ecosystems come together.

If you would like to collaborate with us, as a volunteer, corporate partner, donor, mentor, or employer, we would love to continue the conversation. You can also share your interest by filling out this form.

Continuing our Career Khoj journey in Rural Maharashtra

This week, we conducted Day 2 activities at Dnyan Vardhini School, Keshegaon (Dharashiv_district), engaging 100 students in structured career exploration.

In many rural schools, students are asked to choose a stream without ever truly understanding themselves first. Career Khoj creates that space for reflection.

Through guided activities, students began recognizing their strengths, understanding different career pathways, connecting their interests with real-world opportunities, and thinking more carefully about their academic choices.

When clarity begins early, confidence grows, choices become intentional, and the likelihood of students drifting or dropping out reduces significantly.

We deeply value the support of , whose partnership is helping us expand structured career guidance across rural Maharashtra and open new possibilities for young students.

If you are a school leader, CSR partner, community organisation, or an individual interested in bringing Career Khoj to your students, we would love to collaborate and connect.

We began our 3-day Career Khoj journey in rural Maharashtra with powerful energy and participation.

On Day 1, we engaged 177 students across two village schools — Sri Hanuman Vidyalaya, Bamani and Sharda vidya Niketan school, Sarola

In classrooms filled with curiosity and hesitation, conversations shifted from “What does everyone else do?” to “What suits me?”

For many of these students, this was the first time they were guided to think intentionally about:

• Who am I?
• What am I naturally good at?
• What careers align with my strengths?
• What options exist beyond the few visible paths around me?

Career Khoj is a structured career awareness and self-discovery programme that helps young people explore their interests, abilities, and personality orientations before making academic or life decisions.

During the sessions, students explored career personality types such as:

- Realistic – practical doers who enjoy hands-on work
- Investigative – analytical thinkers who love solving problems
- Artistic – creative minds who value expression
- Social – empathetic individuals who enjoy helping others
- Enterprising – confident leaders who like taking initiative
- Conventional – detail-oriented planners who value structure

In rural ecosystems where exposure is limited, even structured reflection becomes transformative.

We are grateful to , whose partnership is enabling us to take structured career guidance into rural Maharashtra and create pathways of possibility where they are needed most.

The real impact isn’t in the session itself; it’s in the decisions these students will make differently because of it.

And here we announce the winners of the Yuvarambh 2026 Business Pitch Presentation.

Congratulations to for securing 1st place, for achieving 2nd place, and for securing 3rd place. Your confidence, clarity, and the effort you put into shaping and presenting your ideas truly stood out on stage.

Each of you demonstrated not just preparation, but the courage to step forward and share your vision openly.

But here’s something equally important, every single participant who pitched is a winner.

Because building an idea is one thing.
Standing up and speaking about it in front of judges and an audience? That takes courage.

This platform was not just about prizes. It was about taking the first step, refining your idea, understanding your customer, thinking about costs, competition, and learning to accept feedback.

If you’re someone sitting on a business idea, planning quietly, waiting for the “right time”, maybe this is your sign. Start. Test. Speak about it. Get feedback. Improve.

Yuvarambh is about creating that space.

And the next edition is coming soon.

Maybe next time, it’s your name we announce.

And with that, we close Day 2, wrapping up an inspiring edition of Yuvarambh 2026.What a room it has been. What stood out...

And with that, we close Day 2, wrapping up an inspiring edition of Yuvarambh 2026.

What a room it has been.

What stood out wasn’t just the sessions, it was the energy. Young entrepreneurs walking in with curiosity, standing up with confidence, asking bold questions, pitching their ideas, and having honest conversations.

There was nervousness. There was excitement. There was clarity building slowly.

Over these two days, we saw people take their first step, some by speaking up, some by presenting on stage, some by deciding that their idea deserves a real chance.

We listened to keynote insights that challenged assumptions. We witnessed judges push founders to think sharper. We saw a mentor's guide with honesty. And behind it all, a committed team working quietly to make every moment count.

Most importantly, we saw young people choose action over hesitation.

Yuvarambh has always been about creating a space where ideas feel possible, where learning feels practical, and where networking feels natural, where young people realise they don’t have to build alone.

To every speaker, judge, mentor, volunteer, and participant, thank you for your time, trust, and belief in this journey.❤️

If you’ve been watching and thinking, “Maybe someday”, let that someday be soon.

The next Yuvarambh is coming.

Maybe the next stage is yours.

The Pitch Presentation Round at Yuvarambh 2026 was more than a competition, it was a space where ideas found a voice.

12 young entrepreneurs stepped up to present their business concepts in front of 6 respected judges, competing for a prize and, more importantly, for real feedback.

Some came with working demos.
Some showcased their products.
Some brought fresh, innovative ideas still taking shape.

But what stood out most was the confidence to stand there and say, “This is what I’m building.”

This wasn’t just about pitching to win. It was about learning how to communicate a problem clearly, explain your solution with structure, and respond to tough questions with clarity.

For many of them, this was their first time presenting their idea on a stage like this. And that step itself matters.

Because entrepreneurship begins the moment you’re willing to put your idea out into the world.

To everyone who pitched, well done for showing up.

If you’re working on an idea, maybe it’s time to test it, speak about it, and see how the world responds.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed judges mishra Sheetal Panchal Donny Ashri Agarwal Kishor Palve Santosh VK for their time, thoughtful questions, and valuable insights that truly guided our young entrepreneurs.

Thank you for not just evaluating ideas, but for encouraging clarity, confidence, and stronger thinking on stage.

Day 2 at Yuvarambh 2026 began with Smart Business Planning , and a much-needed reality check for every aspiring entrepreneur in the room.

The session pushed participants to think beyond ideas and focus on structure.

Because having an idea is easy.
Building it sustainably is the real work.

Here’s what the audience walked away with:

- Why 90% of startups fail- no market need, cash flow issues, team conflicts, weak unit economics, and lack of differentiation.
- Why you must start with the problem, not the product.
- How to ask the right question: Does the customer really need this?

The session broke down practical tools every founder should know:

– Customer segmentation: Who is your customer? Where are they? Why will they buy? How will they buy?
– Building a clear customer persona — understanding age, lifestyle, income, frustrations, motivations.
– Identifying direct and indirect competitors.
– Understanding cost structures — direct costs, indirect costs, capital expenditure, and operational costs.
– Why brand recall and positioning matter just as much as the product itself.

It wasn’t theory. It was practical thinking, from analysing a simple coffee shop model to understanding how brands create differentiation.

A sincere thank you to Manjusha for delivering such a detailed, structured, and thought-provoking session. The clarity and frameworks shared today will help many young founders think more strategically before taking their next step.

If you are an aspiring founder, this is your cue
Have you defined your customer clearly?
Do you know your numbers?
Is your idea solving a real need?

Day 2 has just begun, and the thinking in the room is already sharper.

Stay tuned as we continue turning ideas into structured action.
