Monthly Performance Report – May 2026
Respected Members,
Assalamualikum
During the month of May 2026, Chinar Charity Foundation continued its humanitarian efforts by providing assistance to deserving and needy individuals across the region. The following activities were carried out:

1. Six (06) needy patients received free transportation services (pick-and-drop) for medical treatment.

2. Three patients were provided with free oxygen support facilities to help meet their healthcare needs.

3. Financial assistance of Rs. 5,000 was provided to the poor family of a young man from Chandigam, Lolab, who tragically lost his life due to lightning and thunderstorm.

4. A poor female cancer patient from Tekipora Lolab, received Rs. 5,000 as medical assistance.

5. An accidental patient from Machil Valley was provided with Rs. 3,000 in financial assistance to support medical treatment expenses.

CCF remains committed to serving humanity and extending support to the underprivileged, needy, and vulnerable sections of society.

Today, a team from Chinar Charity Foundation J&K visited Chandigam, Lolab to express condolences to the bereaved family whose son tragically lost his life a few days ago due to lightning.

The team offered _Taaziyat_ to the family and, as a token of support, handed over a cheque amounting to *Rs. 5,000*.

May Allah grant the deceased Jannat-ul-Firdous and give patience to the family. Ameen.

Assalamualaikum,
Today Medical assistance of Rs. 5,000/- was provided to a female cancer patient from Takipora, Lolab. The patient belongs to a financially struggling family; her husband is a daily wage labourer and the sole breadwinner for their four daughters and one minor son. A major portion of the family’s income has already been spent on her treatment. This small contribution was extended to support the family during this difficult time and to ease their medical burden.

Today, we transferred an amount of Rs. 3000 through a cheque to support the treatment of an extremely poor accident patient from Machil who is currently admitted at Bone and Joint Hospital Srinagar. The patient is the sole breadwinner of his family and has small children depending on him. May Allah ease his suffering and grant him a speedy recovery.

Assalamualaikum,
Today, Chinar Charity Foundation J&K Lolab held important meetings with various officials regarding public welfare initiatives. A meeting was held with Worthy Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Khan Sab, regarding issues faced by displaced families from Machil temporarily residing in Doban Khurhama. Their families are facing serious educational and economic hardships and still do not have ownership rights over the land on which they are living.
We also met with the worthy Managing Director of Quality Health Care Hospital, Brahmi, Mr. Abdul Majeed Wani, regarding cooperation in healthcare and welfare activities.
Alhamdulillah, all the dignitaries responded positively and appreciated the efforts of the organization.

Today, a poor tumor patient from Maidanpora, Lolab, was transported to the Super Speciality Hospital, Shireen Bagh, Srinagar, for emergency treatment. Alhamdulillah, after receiving the necessary medical care, he was safely brought back and dropped at his home later in the evening.

Introduction:
In April 2026, CCF focused on healthcare, emergency aid, and relief for vulnerable communities, maintaining its commitment to serve the poor with compassion.
Key Activities & Achievements:
1. Free Ambulance: Served 05 poor patients, including cancer and kidney cases, ensuring timely medical access.
2. Oxygen Support: Assisted 05 patients with free oxygen cylinders and concentrators.
3. Free Medicines: Gave medicines to an extremely patient.
4. Cash & Transport: Provided ₹5,000 cash and free transport for a cancer patient undergoing radiotherapy.
5. Fire Relief: Helped two families affected by fire in Kalaroos Valley with bedding, blankets, and food.
Impact:
These efforts supported patients with serious illnesses and offered relief to emergency-affected families, easing financial stress and ensuring treatment continuity.
