TCV Patlikuhl School

TCV Patlikuhl School TCV School Patlikuhl in the Kullu district was started on 3 September 1968 collecting children of Tibetan road construction workers around the Kullu-Manali.

Due to constant flood issues, the school was transferred to Chauntra TCV in 2004.

Children in the TCV Patlikuhl and TCV Day School Kullu in early years 1968 onwards and early 1970s.

Almost all the Tibetan families out there were busy making their ends meet with road construction work and TCV Patlikuhl & Kullu Day School were established as nursery and baby creche and later turned into proper school for the children.

Beautiful Landscape of the TCV School Patlikuhl established in 1968 in the Kullu - Manali region of Himachal Pradesh. It was initially started on a temporary basis for the Tibetan road construction workers and their family. The school went smoothly until 1990s when the Beas river kept threatening it with floods and by 1995, the school was permanently shifted to Chauntra; with name Tcv Chauntra Tibetan Children's Villages
