The population of trout, especially Brown Trout in all rivers of Kullu valley is dropping rapidly because of various factors. Be it the unfair means of fishing used by by illegal poachers, or by construction of hydro electric projects on the streams that are rich in trout fishes. y which is caused by garbage, dumping of earth debris, sewerage water and more over unscientific mining. To get control over these problems the Association has been working with the Govt.
