Kaulantak Peeth firmly believes that Ishputra Kaulantak Nath is an Avatar of god although he claims this is hearsay. Contrary to popular belief, Kaulantak Peeth’s Ta***ic practices forbid animal sacrifices alongside the consumption of meat, alcohol and intoxicants. The aim of followers of Kaulantak Peeth is to become successful in both the material world and spiritually, and this is achieved by learning the 64 ‘Kalas’ or skills.
