Every employee deserves to know their rights.
On 6th May 2026, Mr. Suhail facilitated a POSH Act Awareness Session for the team at
Exodesoft, Inforpark Phase 2, Kochi — one of Kerala's growing tech hubs.
This wasn't a lecture. It was a conversation.
We unpacked what the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act 2013 actually means
at the workplace — not just in law, but in real, everyday situations employees face.
Key areas covered:
