A year long Ngondro course with an exceptional teacher!🙏😍
https://ligmincha.pl/event/ngondro-zhang-zhung-on-line-dr-sangmo-yangri/?event_date=2024-05-11 We have great pleasure to invite anyone interested to attend the Ngondro introductory practice course, which will be led by exceptional teacher Sangmo Yangri. Ngondro is the base and the foundation for further practice. They are called introductory practices, but many masters and teachers perform them throughout their lives. We want these meetings and this group to have a slightly different character than the classical course.

First of all, to the explanations and teachings we want to include a large amount of practice. We want to practice weekly at the meetings and individually in between.

We also want this group, through joint practice and weekly meetings, to become a bridge to integration and friendship among Yungdrung Bon practitioners around the world. With such a strong, compassionate and knowledgeable teacher, this is a goal possible to achieve.

For those with additional questions, the need for deeper clarification, Sangmo Yangri offers her time and the opportunity for personal meetings.

The course will be held through the ZOOM platform.

Meetings will be held every Sunday at 3.00 p.m. CET

The course is planned for one year.

The first meeting will be held on 11.05.2024.
