ਵਿਵਾਹਿਤ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਯੋਗ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੁਰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਬੱਚੀ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਮੈਂਬਰ। ਇੱਥੇ ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਵਿਵਾਹਿਤ ਜੋੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਜੋੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ ਲਏ ਇਕ ਸਾਰ ਤੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਸਪੁਰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
