அல் அமான் இளைஞர் இயக்கம் செயல்பட்டு வருகின்றது.

25 வருடங்களாக, ஆம்புலன்ஸ் , பைத்துல்மால் கடன் வழங்கல், திருமண உதவி, மருத்துவ உதவி, கல்வி உதவி மேலும் மூன்று ஆரம்ப மக்தப் மதரஸா போன்ற சமூக பணிகளில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றது.
