மாபெரும் வெற்றியுடன் நிறைவடைந்தது! 🎉

திருச்சிராப்பள்ளியில் நடைபெற்ற இந்திய ஆரி தொழிலாளர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பின் 4வது பொதுக்குழுக் கூட்டம் மாநில, மாவட்ட மற்றும் ஒன்றிய நிர்வாகிகள், உறுப்பினர்களின் உற்சாகமான பங்கேற்புடன் சிறப்பாக நிறைவடைந்தது.

இக்கூட்டத்தில் பல முக்கிய தீர்மானங்கள் ஒருமனதாக நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டன.

✅ செயல்படாத மாவட்ட நிர்வாகிகளுக்குப் பதிலாக புதிய மாவட்டச் செயலாளர்கள் மற்றும் இணைச் செயலாளர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர்.
✅ சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்ட பல நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு உயர்பதவிகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
✅ புதிய நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு நியமன ஆணை மற்றும் அடையாள அட்டை (ID Card) வழங்கப்பட்டது.

கடந்த ஓராண்டில் கூட்டமைப்பு ஆரி தொழிலாளர்களுக்காக செயல்படுத்திய 35-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நலத்திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் குறித்து விளக்கப்பட்டது.

🇮🇳 வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க அறிவிப்பு

ஆரி எம்பிராய்டரி பொருட்களின் விலை தொடர்ந்து உயர்ந்து வருவதால், ஆரி தொழிலாளர்களின் சுமையை குறைக்கும் நோக்கில் Aravind Enterprises Private Limited மூலம் Glass Seed Beads, Sugar Beads, Cut Beads, Zari, Zardosi, Embroidery Machines உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து ஆரி பொருட்களும் சந்தை விலையை விட சுமார் 70% வரை குறைந்த விலையில், உயர்தர தரத்துடன் வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

தற்போது ₹700–₹1000 வரை விற்கப்படும் 450 கிராம் Sugar Beads-ஐ ₹400-க்கும் குறைவான விலையில், அதைவிட உயர்ந்த தரத்தில் வழங்கும் திட்டமும் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.

"லாபம் அல்ல... சேவையே எங்கள் நோக்கம்." என்ற அடிப்படையில் Aravind Enterprises Private Limited நிறுவனத்தின் செயல்பாடுகளை இந்திய ஆரி தொழிலாளர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு வழிநடத்தும் என்ற தீர்மானமும் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.

🎉 தமிழ்நாட்டில் மட்டும் தற்போது 25,000+ உறுப்பினர்கள் இணைந்துள்ளனர்.

🎓 இலவச ஆரி பயிற்சி மற்றும் இலவச சான்றிதழ்கள் மூலம் 10,000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பெண்கள் தொழில்முனைவோர்களாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

📅 அடுத்த 6 மாதங்களில் 50+ இலவச ஆரி பயிற்சி முகாம்கள் மூலம் 20,000 புதிய ஆரி தொழிலாளர்களை உருவாக்க இலக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்தியாவில் ஆரி தொழிலாளர்களின் நலனுக்காக தொடர்ந்து செயல்படும் முன்னணி தேசிய அமைப்பாக இந்திய ஆரி தொழிலாளர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு தனது பயணத்தை உறுதியுடன் தொடர்கிறது.
