The AYUDH Foundational Course on Sanatana Dharma was successfully completed in Kolkata, with 90 hours of learning, reflection, and activities.

In the final sessions, the AYUDHians reflected on the importance of a living Master in their lives and spent time learning about Amma’s life—Her compassion, darshan, simplicity, selfless service, unconditional love, and the way Amma continues to guide and inspire millions around the world. Participants also explored the significance of image worship in Sanatana Dharma.

Through stories, discussions, videos, and reflections, they explored what Sanatana Dharma teaches about the role of a spiritual Guru and how a Guru’s guidance can bring clarity, strength, confidence, and direction to life.

The sessions were filled with interactive activities, open discussions, and question-and-answer segments, allowing the AYUDHians to freely ask questions, clarify their doubts, and explore the topics more deeply together. This open and engaging atmosphere made learning both comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the most unique aspects of the course is the way profound spiritual concepts are presented in a manner that young people can easily connect with—not through lectures alone, but through conversations, games, activities, reflections, quizzes, and shared experiences.

"Jyotirgamaya," a workshop on the true purpose, science, and significance behind the rituals, images, symbols, and festivals of Sanatana Dharma, was conducted by the AYUDH Kolkata team for their juniors as part of the Foundational Course on Sanatana Dharma.

The event beautifully introduced the young participants to the eternal wisdom of Sanatana Dharma based on Amma's teachings. It inspired them to appreciate their rich heritage and live by its timeless spiritual values. Jyotirgamaya also served as a platform for AYUDH members enrolled in the "Science of Spirituality" course to share the knowledge they had gained about the fundamental principles of Sanatana Dharma.

The presentation was lively and engaging, featuring creative charts, interactive discussions, props, and animated videos that captured the attention of the young audience. The team also performed an entertaining skit based on stories from the scriptures, followed by a quiz that encouraged enthusiastic participation.

One of the young participants shared:
"It was fun and inspiring! I learned the real meaning behind our festivals and rituals. The skit, quiz, and videos were so interesting. I’m also very excited to join the 'Science of Spirituality' course in the future."

The event successfully bridged the gap between tradition and understanding, and between faith and reason. The spirit of Jyotirgamaya—"from darkness to light"—truly came alive, inspiring everyone to walk the path of knowledge, devotion, and self-awareness.

A two-day workshop on the Foundations of Sanatana Dharma was conducted for the newly registered AYUDH members in Bhubaneswar. The workshop introduced participants to the fundamental principles of Sanatana Dharma and highlighted how these timeless teachings can be applied in daily life to cultivate happiness, inner peace, and contentment.

Far from being a traditional classroom session, the workshop brought Sanatana Dharma to life through engaging videos, interactive games, group discussions, quizzes, and experiential activities. The AYUDHians discovered that spirituality is not merely about ancient teachings; it is about understanding oneself better and embracing practical values that lead to a happier, calmer, and more meaningful life.

The sessions encouraged participants to ask questions, share their perspectives, and learn from one another in a friendly and open environment. Through simple examples and relatable discussions, the AYUDHians explored how the timeless wisdom of Sanatana Dharma can be applied in everyday life—from managing stress and building healthier relationships to making wise decisions and maintaining inner balance.

Filled with learning, laughter, and meaningful conversations, the workshop marked a wonderful beginning for the newest members of AYUDH Bhubaneswar. It was the start of a transformative journey that promises not only knowledge, but also personal growth, lasting friendships, and a deeper understanding of oneself and the purpose of life.
