We had collaborated with HDFC ERGO and Funsmart Knowledge Solutions Foundation to organize a Braille Card Making Activity on 24 July 2026 in Coimbatore.

✨ 20 employee volunteers from HDFC ERGO Coimbatore came together to create 78 Braille learning cards to support visually impaired students. The volunteers carefully assembled and prepared the cards to serve as accessible learning resources that can enhance literacy and classroom engagement for blind school students.

The activity combined employee volunteering with inclusive education, enabling participants to contribute towards creating learning materials that are both meaningful and accessible. We had collaborated with HDFC ERGO and Funsmart Knowledge Solution Foundation to organize a Notebook Covering Activity on 30 June 2025 in Coimbatore.

✨ 16 employee volunteers from HDFC ERGO came together to prepare notebooks for school students by carefully covering them and getting them ready for distribution. This simple yet meaningful activity ensured that students received neatly prepared learning materials as they began their academic journey.

Our interns, Meenu Bose and Pooja Rajesh, our interns from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, conducted a Summer Immersion Program at Pallikavu Government UP School, Pallikavu, Maruthadi, Kollam as part of their Social Internship Program from 12 June to 12 July 2026.

✨ During the activity, the two interns dedicated 5 volunteer hours, engaging with 15 students through interactive learning sessions focused on social responsibility, basic manners, and positive values. They encouraged students to understand how they can contribute to society from a young age while promoting responsible behaviour through engaging discussions and activities.

The interns also supported educational and recreational activities that enhanced the children's learning experience. Through storytelling, games, rhymes, and creative sessions, they encouraged cognitive, language, and social development while fostering confidence, communication, teamwork, and active participation. They also reinforced healthy habits by promoting hygiene practices and supporting the school's child-friendly learning environment.

Our interns, Devanandana and Vishnupriya, our interns from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, successfully completed their Social Internship Program at Anganwadi No. 40, Vidakuzha, Kalamassery, from 7 July to 16 July 2026.

✨ Over the course of the internship, the two interns dedicated a total of 55 volunteer hours, supporting the Anganwadi teacher in conducting educational and recreational activities for 13 children. They prepared a variety of educational charts on topics such as weather, occupations, and daily learning concepts, while also engaging children in creative activities including craft work, colouring, and colour identification exercises.

In addition to classroom learning, the interns encouraged good hygiene practices, interacted individually with the children to support their learning and confidence, and assisted in the day-to-day activities of the Anganwadi. Through regular discussions with the Anganwadi teacher, they gained valuable insights into the functioning of the Anganwadi system, early childhood education, and the challenges faced by Anganwadi workers in delivering community welfare services.

We had collaborated with Wipro Kochi and Being Jigyaasu to organize an Umbrella Painting Activity on 22 July 2026 in Kochi, Ernakulam.

✨ 60 employee volunteers from Wipro Kochi came together to creatively paint 32 umbrellas, transforming them into colourful and personalized gifts for school students in Ernakulam. Using their creativity and artistic skills, the volunteers designed vibrant umbrellas that will be distributed to children, adding both utility and joy to their everyday school life.

The activity encouraged employee volunteering through art while creating meaningful resources for students. Each umbrella reflected the volunteers' creativity and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children.

Our intern Aiswarya S from SRM University Andhra Pradesh successfully completed her Social Internship Program at Mathrika Anganwadi, Chathannoor, from 22 June to 4 July 2026.

✨ Over the course of 12 days, Aiswarya dedicated approximately 72 volunteer hours, supporting the Anganwadi teacher in conducting educational, creative, and recreational activities for 20 children. She actively facilitated storytelling sessions, rhymes, action songs, drawing, colouring, puzzles, memory games, and interactive learning activities using charts and flashcards to help children identify animals, fruits, and vegetables.

In addition to classroom activities, Aiswarya assisted in serving nutritious meals, encouraged handwashing and hygiene practices, interacted individually with the children, and supported the day-to-day functioning of the Anganwadi. Through regular discussions with the Anganwadi teacher, she also gained valuable insights into early childhood education, government welfare services, and the vital role of Anganwadi workers in the community.
