Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Topsia
April 2026
1) SIR Help Desk
From 7 April to 18 April, a help desk was set up at Noble Mission School, Topsia near Topsia Post Office. Around 200 people were helped to fill and submit their online application forms. This made the process easy for local residents.
2) Voter Awareness Campaign
An awareness campaign was done through auto announcements in Topsia. People were requested to vote and understand the importance of one vote. The message focused on development, education, and responsible voting.
3) Dars-e-Quran Program
Weekly Dars-e-Quran was held every Sunday after Maghrib at Jinnati Masjid. Community members joined regularly. The program focused on character building and learning the teachings of the Quran for a better society.
4) Interaction Program
On 21 April 2026, an interaction program was organized with experts on political thinking. Youth and students participated actively. They learned how politics affects education, economy, and daily life, and how they can play a positive role.
5) Emergency Help
Support was given to a student from Malda whose father passed away at NRS Hospital, Kolkata. Jamaat arranged an ambulance and completed document work to send the body from Kolkata to Malda.
Summary
All activities were useful for the community. They created awareness, supported people, and promoted good values.
