After the COVID-19 lockdown, Bhootnath joined Educare feeling shy and weak in studies, especially English and Maths. With care and guidance, he gradually improved and became more confident. In 2024, he moved to Sarada Prasad Institution and is now in Class 4. Despite challenges, he dreams of becoming a cricketer and building a better future.

Pintu Sardar loved playing football on his local ground, but had no access to proper coaching. Everything changed in 2024 when Cross Culture brought a football training camp to his community.
Now training as a defender, he is developing skills, confidence, and strong values. With support from his parents and coaches, Pintu dreams of representing India one day.

A successful Parent-Teacher Meeting was held at Educare, bringing together parents and educators to reflect on each child’s learning journey.
To further encourage education, basic study materials were distributed to parents, ensuring children have the tools they need to continue learning at home.
Partnership with families remains at the heart of what we do.

Life wasn’t easy for Sunita as her family struggled with an unstable income. Wanting to make a difference, she enrolled in training at the Freedom Centre. With dedication and support, she developed valuable skills and began earning for the first time. Today, she supports her family, saves for the future, and dreams of opening her own tailoring business.

Anushree Halder’s journey is a story of quiet strength and growth. Coming from a large family, she takes on responsibilities at a young age while continuing her studies in Class III.
When she joined Educare, she struggled with confidence and learning. But with consistent support and care, she slowly found her voice. Today, she is more confident, engaged, and hopeful for the future. Her dream is to become a teacher and inspire children the way she was inspired.

After four months of learning and dedication, our students successfully completed the Beautician, Tailoring, Computer, and English Spoken training courses.
Today’s graduation marks the beginning of a new chapter. We celebrate their success and wish them a bright future.

Diyasna Sinha, a Class 10 student from Sonarpur, didn’t have a coaching center in her village—but she had a dream. She travels 4km every day to join the Cross Culture football program to sharpen her skills.

The hard work just paid off! At the recent Princess Cup, Diyasna led her team to victory, scoring 8 goals herself and taking home the Man of the Match trophy. We are so proud of her growth as both an athlete and a leader.
