We proudly honour our Respected Rover Scout Leader, Mr. Siddhartha Mukherjee (ALT. R), on becoming the Chairman of Behala Local Association.
A proud member since 1967, Presidentโ€™s Scout (1970) and Presidentโ€™s Rover (1973), and recipient of the Medal of Meritโ€”his journey reflects true dedication to scouting.

Previously held several key positions, including Secretary at both Local and District Associations and District Commissioner, and also served the movement as Assistant State Secretary (2016โ€“21, 2021โ€“26).
