🌍 💚 Happy Earth Day 💚🌎
Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22 to raise awareness about environmental protection and the need to care for our planet.🌍
Today at Ek Tara, we celebrated Earth Day which focused on three key themes—biodiversity, water conservation and waste management🧫💧🗑️.
Through discussions and presentations, students highlighted the critical role of preserving natural resources, emphasizing that Earth is the only life-supporting planet in our solar system and so it is our collective responsibility to care and preserve our planet. 🍀
As part of the initiative, students planted 15 different kinds of seeds of fruits and vegetables, committing to nurture the planted seeds as a step towards sustainability and environmental stewardship🌱🌿.
The students also made colourful and attractive charts where they created impactful visual messages. These were later used in awareness drives, as students actively engaged to spread the importance of protecting and preserving our planet and encouraging everyone around to promote aforestation, save water and manage waste efficiently. 🌈🔥
