A Townhall is a space where the entire team comes together to pause from the everyday, reflect on what we have achieved, share our learnings and successes and align on where we want to go next. 🤩

Our second Townhall since 2024 was exactly that a celebration of the journey we have taken together and the possibilities that lie ahead. 🌸

Something interesting happened at our Strengthening Early Learning Initiative (SELI).
Through Reading Mela, stories, words and imagination came together to make reading a joyful experience for our children. 📚 📖 😀

Through SELI we work with government schools to strengthen the foundations of learning. 🌸

Our young students stepped into the shoes of different community helpers and suddenly, our five-year-olds had a lot of important jobs to do! 👩‍⚕️👩‍🍳👮🏻‍♀️

Through pretend play, they explored what different community helpers do, why their work matters and how each person plays a role in keeping a community running. 😍

But they weren’t just playing, they were building vocabulary, confidence, empathy, communication and problem-solving skills along the way. 🙆‍♀️

Because when you’re five, the world is your classroom and sometimes, learning means becoming the person you’re learning about. 💛

What started as a food stall at our Annual Programme turned into a little celebration of their hard work! 🍽️✨

Our students planned and presented their food stall during the Annual Programme, taking charge of everything from preparing and serving the food to interacting with visitors. The money they earned through the stall was then used to organise a small snack party for themselves. 💛

More than just a fun treat, the experience gave them a chance to learn about earning, budgeting, saving, teamwork and making decisions with their own money.
From setting up the stall and earning through their efforts to thoughtfully using what they made every step was a real-life learning experience.

A little food stall, a lot of learning, and a celebration they truly earned!

Recently, In collaboration with Swayam (), we conducted an engaging session with our teachers on gender equality and its role in building safe and inclusive spaces for children.

Through open conversations and reflection, students explored equality, respect, empathy and the importance of challenging stereotypes because every child deserves to feel safe, valued and heard. 🌱
