The priceless grin of a dozen street children, armored with shining brand new clothes and rejuvinated by the rare smell of the same, gleefully hopping from one ‘Puja Pandal’ to another, holding hands of a few volunteer ‘dada’, ‘didi’s and seeking Ma Durga’s blessings like never before - marked the very inception of SAROIYA and its services to the society.SARODIYA and its humble vision was hence bo

rn during the ‘Sarod Utsav’ or ‘Durga Puja’ of October 2012, in Kolkata. SARODIYA attributes its name to the omnipotent and the invincible Devi Durga, who is the fierce form of protective Mother Goddess and thus lives by the propaganda – “Where humanity is the last word !”
SARODIYA, now a registered charitable Trust, has grown ever since and stands fortunate and dignified today with the support of over 6,000 esteemed members. Throughout the year, we engage ourselves in various contributory services such as, providing clothing, educational and medical help to the under privileged and the hapless. We have bonded with a number of renowned orphanages, blind schools, schools for slow learners & physically challenged children, old-age homes etc. and conduct regular educational, re-creational and medical activities for the inmates of the said institutions. Furthermore, staunchly bound by our doctrine, ‘Where humanity is the last word’, kind donations from our members has always enabled us to ensure time to time distribution of adequate supplies / aids to the needy. We organize Blood Donation Camps every year, believing it to be one of the highest forms of all donations. Such camps are organized in collaboration with the prominent health care institute, ‘Ramakrishna Mission SevaPratishthan’.The number of donors has been heartwarmingly surging every year. All these years, SARODIYA has been serving the poor and down trodden of the society, irrespective of caste, creed or religion. Our endeavor will continue and we solicit your continuous support to empower our vision and create a difference. May we fondly quote industrialist Henry Ford - “Coming together is believing. আসন্ন শারদোৎসবের আনন্দ সকলের সঙ্গে ভাগ করে নিতে ‘শারদীয়া’ উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে ব্যারাকপুর তালপুকুর অঞ্চলের কিছু প্রান্তিক মহিলাদের হাতে নতুন বস্ত্র তুলে দেওয়ার - একটি ছোট্ট প্রয়াস, যাতে পুজোর আনন্দ পৌঁছে যায় আরও কিছু মুখে, আরও কিছু হৃদয়ে।

On this Doctors' Day, Sarodiya Charitable Trust expresses its deepest gratitude to every doctor whose dedication, compassion, and selfless service continue to save lives and bring hope to countless families. Your unwavering commitment to humanity inspires us all and reminds us that healing is not just a profession—it's a noble calling.
Driven by the belief that "Humanity is the Last Word," Sarodiya Charitable Trust remains committed to promoting health, compassion, and community welfare.

As part of this mission, in collaboration with Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan, we successfully organized a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp on 10th May. The camp was graciously inaugurated by Revered Swami Gunamayanand Maharaj and witnessed enthusiastic participation from women and first-time blood donors, making the initiative even more meaningful.

A total of 60 voluntary blood donors came forward to donate blood, contributing to a life-saving cause and reinforcing the spirit of humanity and social responsibility.

On this special occasion, we salute every doctor, healthcare professional, volunteer, and blood donor who continues to make our society healthier, stronger, and more compassionate.

শারদীয়ার আনন্দধারা…
এক মানবিক আহ্বান

দশকেরও বেশি সময় ধরে ‘শারদীয়া’ একটাই বিশ্বাসে মানবিক কাজ করে চলেছে, "পুজোর আনন্দ হোক সবার জন্য, হোক হাসিমুখের উৎসব।"

প্রতিটি দুর্গাপূজায় আমরা চেষ্টা করি সমাজের সেই মানুষগুলোর মুখে হাসি ফোটাতে, যাঁদের পক্ষে নতুন জামা কেনা শুধুই স্বপ্ন, অসহায় পথশিশু, অনাথ শিশু, ইটভাটার শ্রমিক পরিবার, বৃদ্ধাশ্রমের আবাসিক কিংবা দুঃস্থ পরিবার, এদের জন্য আমাদের একটি জামা মানে শুধুই পোশাক নয়, ওটাই আনন্দ, সম্মান, এবং স্পর্শ করে যাওয়া একটুকু ভালোবাসা।

গত বছর আমরা ১৫০০ জনেরও বেশি অবহেলিত মানুষের হাতে নতুন জামা তুলে দিতে পেরেছিলাম। তাঁদের মুখের আলোই আমাদের একমাত্র প্রাপ্তি।

এ বছর ১৪তম বর্ষেও, আমাদের লক্ষ্য ১৫০০ জনেরও বেশি মানুষের জীবনে পৌঁছনো। এই আশার আলোয় আমরা আবারও একটিবার বলি - হাত বাড়ান, পাশে থাকুন। উৎসব হোক সকলের সমানভাবে।

আপনার একটু সহযোগিতা, কারো জন্য হাসির উৎস হতে পারে।

একটি জামার খরচ মাত্র ₹২৫০/- এই সামান্য অর্থেও আপনি একটি মুখে ফুটিয়ে তুলতে পারেন পুজোর আনন্দের হাসি।
