✅ Fair Fare Structure – Aaj ke market rate ke hisaab se commercial aur app-based cab fare ka review aur revision.
✅ Mandatory Rider KYC – Har rider ka KYC verification zaroori ho, taaki drivers ki safety sunishchit ho.
✅ No Unfair Driver ID Blocking – Kisi bhi driver ki ID bina proper investigation aur due process ke suspend ya block na ki jaye, aur unfairly blocked IDs turant restore ki jaye.
✅ CNG Crisis Solution – Kolkata aur surrounding districts mein CNG shortage ka turant samadhan, naye CNG pumps aur commercial vehicles ke liye Priority CNG Filling System.
✅ Driver Safety – Fast-Track FIR System, Emergency SOS (Police Integration), Dashcam Policy aur VLTD System ko majboot banana.
✅ Transparent App Fare Policy – Sabhi app companies mein transparent fare calculation aur standardized fare system lagu kiya jaye.
✅ Physical Office of App Companies – West Bengal mein chalne wali har app-based transport company ka state ke andar registered office hona chahiye.
✅ Regular Government–Company–Union Meetings – Drivers ki samasyaon ke samadhan ke liye regular tripartite meetings.
✅ Insurance & Social Security – Sabhi commercial drivers ke liye Accident Insurance, Health Insurance aur Natural Disaster Insurance.
✅ Affordable Housing & Financial Support – Kam byaaj par loans, Mudra Loan ki aasaan suvidha, fuel/CNG subsidy aur commercial drivers ke liye housing schemes.
✅ Reduce Commercial Vehicle Expenses – Commercial vehicle insurance premium aur road tax ko kam kiya jaye.
✅ Driver Facilities – Airports, Railway Stations aur Tourist Destinations par clean toilets, drinking water, mobile charging points aur dedicated driver rest rooms.
✅ CNG & EV Infrastructure – Naye EV charging stations aur CNG supply par government monitoring mechanism.
✅ Transparent RTO/ARTO System – RTO/ARTO offices mein corruption-free, transparent aur driver-friendly system.
✅ All India Permit – Eligible commercial passenger vehicles ke liye All India Permit facility.
✅ Bike Taxi Policy – Bike Taxi ko proper commercial policy ke under regulate kiya jaye aur private (white number) vehicles ka commercial use roka jaye.
✅ Traffic Management – Major traffic signals par Green Signal Countdown Timers lagaye jayein, taaki fuel bache aur traffic smoothly chale.
Yeh sirf demands nahi, balki West Bengal ke lakhon commercial aur app-based drivers ki awaaz hai.
