CMI has been in operations since 1996, providing Skill Development, Institutional Training and Management Services. CMI has trained more than 20,000 trainees across trades Retail, FMCG, BFSI, BPO & Entrepreneurship under vocational skill training projects since 2009, and more than 70,000 under institutional training assignments since 2006, apart from

individuals covered within the ambit of organisational development. CMI is a training partner of PBSSD, skill mission of the GoWB, working with Technical Education Training & Skill Development, Backward Classes Welfare, Youth Services, Minority Affairs - departments, directorates, corporations & university of the state government. CMI is also a proposed training partner of NSDC, GoI, and has been an IRDAI, GoI accredited training institute for insurance agents. CMI’s skill & entrepreneurship development initiatives also cover CSR projects, having current engagements with ITC and Godrej. CMI has a robust industry connect program, working with Axis Bank, HDFC Life, Eureka Forbes, Mio Amore (Switz Group), BG Distributors (P&G Associate) to name a few. Under a diversified plan of engagement, Consulting Management Incorporate Pvt Ltd (CMIPL), undertakes vocational and institutional training assignments, also responsible for industry collaborations. CMI Learning & Development Pvt Ltd (CMIL&D), formed in 2015, now leads the skill & entrepreneurship development projects, while Consulting Management Inc, formed in 2014, continues to be into standalone audit, assessment and human resource management.
