We have organised a successful medical camp ( EYE screening, ECG, PRESSURE, SUGAR , stress management)on 15th August 2025 in Presidency correctional home .
The dental unit and telemedicine were newly opened by Secretary of jail Mr. RAJIV MISHRA IPS

Total 150 inmates were checked.

We are pleased to share that the Eye Checkup and Health Checkup Camp at Dumdum Central Correctional Home was successfully conducted on 12th July 2025. The initiative aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the inmates, including eye screening, general health consultations, and awareness sessions. We also provide medicine. We have attended 280 patients at Dumdum Central Correctional Home

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our medical team ( Opt. Manoj Baidya, Opt. Faiyaz Ayubi, Dr. Muniraj Sikder) and thanks to EKNF staff for their dedication and initiative making this camp a success. We thank our coordinators Mr. Anil kr Jajodia and Mr. Pawan Khemka for their dedication and initiative.

We are pleased to share that East Kolkata Nagrik Foundation (EKNF) successfully organized an Eye Operation Camp on 13th July 2025. A total of 48 eye surgeries were conducted during the camp.

Patients from Deganga and Sundarban participated and benefited from this initiative. The entire camp was organized by EKNF with the generous support and sponsored by :
