I am pleased to inform you all that, the Imperial War Museum in London, UK (IWM) has approached me through their official communication channel, for digitally archiving Justice Radhabinod Pal’s biography and dissenting opinion, for their library.
Important to note is that, until very recently, IWM had accepted the narratives supporting the Allied version of WW2 and only archived those related opinions and documents.
However, IWM is now open to accept and record the opposing narratives of WW2, their views and related opinions, for which, they consider Justice Pal’s dissenting judgement during the Tokyo Trials as an appropriate document for their archive.
Interestingly, his biography and dissenting opinion has been classified as the 1st document for the IWM Project for archiving Non Allied views and narratives. This is indeed a matter of great honour for Justice Radhabinod Pal and pride for all his existing family members.
In this regard, IWM has also conveyed heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the entire family of Justice Pal 🙏🙏🙏
