The 43rd Executive Board of Directors of the Interact Club of La Martiniere is proud to present our annual fundraiser, Karma Yatra'17:"Today's fight, Tomorrow's freedom" on 2nd,7th,8th,and 9th July with a new ethos. This year we invite you to join us in our fight against human trafficking and help us end this modern day slavery. We aim at making an impression on the youth and developing a socially conscious society in order to enrich the lives of those in need. Be a part of this change and make a difference!

The Interact Club of La Martiniere took part in a clean up organised by the Nature Club of La Martiniere for Boys on 5th June, 2015 to celebrate World Environment Day.
The boys cleaned up Vivekanda Park and took interviews of various people, asking them about their views on the Swach Bharat campaign. This project was a great success and the Interact Club would like to thank the Nature Club of La Martiniere for Boys for inviting us.

The Interact Club of La Martiniere is hosting Karma Yatra, 2015 in the La Martiniere for Girls school campus on the 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th of July 2015.
Having supported various causes over the past few years this year we are supporting the cause of child rights and education, hence we bring forward our tagline, ‘Learning Today…Leading Tomorrow.’ This fundraiser would aim at creating social awareness within every individual and a sense of consciousness about the condition of mankind, and at the same time celebrate Malala Day.
We wish the 41st Executive Board of Directors and the member body, best of luck as they organise this fundraiser.

The Interact Club conducts 2 weekly projects, which are as follows:

1) Little Sisters of the Poor: Every Thursday from 3:00pm-4:00pm, members visit an old age home located on A.J.C. Bose road and spend time conversing with the senior citizens who reside there. The members also play board games,read out newspaper and magazine articles to them.

2) Health Clinic: Every Sunday, from 9:00am-10:00am, members run two health clinics located in Park Circus and Garcha. The club sponsors two doctors and with their assistance distributes homeopathic medicine among the poor.

These weekly projects make the members realise their responsibility towards the society and helps them do their bit.
