Kishalay Foundation We are a team of social entrepreneurs working towards improving learning outcome in early education amongst rural & underprivileged kids of West Bengal.

We work with govt primary schools in most remote rural villages in India to improve learning outcome. We work with Government Primary Schools in most remote rural villages (Educationally Backward Blocks -EBBs) in India to improve learning outcome mainly through three types of interventions programs such as:
1) Sports Intervention Programs
2) Edutoys & IT Intervention Programs
3) Nutrition Intervention Programs
4) Preventive Healthcare Programs

🇮🇳 Special Initiative on Independence Day 🌱

On the occasion of India’s 80th Independence Day, and jointly organized a special social and awareness initiative at the Kishalay Naliakhali EduKids Centre.

As part of this initiative, each child was provided with a fruit tree sapling, while tree plantation was carried out along both sides of the road. Alongside this, sweets, health and hygiene essentials were distributed among the children.

The primary objective of this initiative was to create awareness among children about environmental conservation, tree plantation, health and hygiene, while nurturing a sense of responsibility towards nature and the community from an early age. 🌿

Kishalay Foundation extends its heartfelt greetings, gratitude and appreciation to Vriksh*t Foundation Kolkata for supporting and being a part of this meaningful initiative. 🙏

🌱 Planting Seeds of Hope, Growing a Greener Tomorrow

A small sapling today can become a source of nourishment, shade, and hope for tomorrow. 🌿

As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental awareness and sustainable development, organized a Fruit Sapling Distribution Programme at Shibganj and Ramgopalpur EduKids Centres in the Sundarbans.

A total of 90 children and 8 teachers received fruit saplings and became a part of this meaningful green initiative. 🌱

More than just distributing saplings, the initiative aims to nurture a sense of environmental responsibility, care for nature, and sustainable living among children from an early age.
