আপনার Final Electoral Roll এ নাম আছে, অথচ আপনি ব্যালট পায় নি, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে বলছি -
- আপনারা যে কোনো ID Card (আধার কার্ড, ভোটার কার্ড) রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট আর রিনিউয়াল সার্টিফিকেট নিয়ে কাউন্সিলে যাবেন সাথে রিটার্নিং অফিসারকে একটা লেটার করবেন। জানাবেন আপনি ব্যালট পান নি। তাই, আপনাকে যেন ব্যালট ইস্যু করা হয়।
- আপনার যে ব্যালট ফার্মাসি কাউন্সিলে ফেরত এসেছে, সেটা রিটার্নিং অফিসার আপনাকে ইস্যু করে দেবেন।
- যদি আপনার ব্যালট ফার্মাসি কাউন্সিলে ফেরত না আসে, তাহলে রিটার্নিং অফিসার সে ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে ডুপ্লিকেট ব্যালট ইস্যু করবেন।
- আপনি একান্তই পশ্চিমবঙ্গ ফার্মাসি কাউন্সিলে যেতে না পারলে, আপনি অন্য কাউকে authorized করে দেবেন - সে আপনার হয়ে কাউন্সিল থেকে ব্যালট নেবে। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে একটা authorization লেটার লিখতে হবে এবং উভয়ের আইডি কার্ড আর ভোটারের রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট আর রিনিউয়াল সার্টিফিকেট সাথে রাখতে হবে।
ফার্মাসি কাউন্সিল থেকে ব্যালট নেওয়ার জন্য কি ভাবে লেটার করবেন আর authorization লেটার কি ভাবে লিখবেন তার একটা sample আপনাদের সুবিধার জন্য নিচে দেওয়া থাকল।
** যারা নিজে ফার্মাসি কাউন্সিলে গিয়ে ব্যালট পেপার আনতে যাবেন, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এই লেটার হবে -

I, (NAME OF THE VOTER), a registered pharmacist under the West Bengal Pharmacy Council, bearing Registration No. (REGISTRATION NUMBER OF THE VOTER), a valid voter for the current West Bengal Pharmacy Council Election as per the Final Electoral Roll vide my Serial No. (SERIAL NUMBER IN THE FINAL ROLL), would like to bring to your attention that I have not yet received my postal ballot for casting my vote in this election.
In this regard, I request you to take the necessary steps to issue my postal ballot following the sec 8.3 of the West Bengal Pharmacy Council Election Rule, 1966 at the earliest so that I can cast my vote in this election.

I, (NAME OF THE VOTER), a registered pharmacist under the West Bengal Pharmacy Council, bearing Registration No. (REGISTRATION NUMBER OF THE VOTER), a valid voter for the current West Bengal Pharmacy Council Election as per the Final Electoral Roll vide my Serial No. (SERIAL NUMBER IN THE FINAL ROLL), would like to bring to your attention that I have not yet received my postal ballot for casting my vote in this election.
But, due to some unavoidable circumstances, I am not able to be present at the West Bengal Pharmacy Council in person to receive my postal ballot.
