Let us introduce you to our next line of peer trainers specialising in ARSHR (Adolescent Reproductive & Sexual Health and Rights)

Please say hello to Krishna, Namamita, Payel, Madhusree, Munmun, and Susmita.

In the last week of December 2025 they paired up to take over 60 girls from their communities through two days of an intense interactive play-way process using the Champa kit.

In September 2025 we held our annual review and planning meeting to prepare for the upcoming cycle.

We are so very grateful for all the young people who are working sincerely and tirelessly, navigating risks at home and community, to bring lasting change.

It's remarkable how the team has grown, in numbers and in strengths. Their individual stories of transformation are inspirational.

May this energy continue to flourish.

Mainur, Sangita and Sumit are now trained in a very special skill – Shadow Teaching. They are applying this in their own communities with kids with special needs.

What is Shadow Teaching?
It involves a trained educational assistant working one-on-one with a student with special needs (like autism, ADHD, dyslexia) in a mainstream classroom to provide personalized academic, behavioral, and social support, helping them integrate, focus, understand instructions, manage emotions, and build confidence, ultimately aiming to make them more independent
