Asset Distribution Ceremony | Kasba, Kolkata | 02.04.2026

After the successful completion of a 3-day Beneficiary Enterprise Development Training Program, Reach India Trust organized an Asset Distribution Ceremony at Kasba, Kolkata under the Nomi Network – Workforce Development Program.

During the program, 14 beneficiaries were provided with need-based assets to help them initiate or strengthen their livelihood activities. These assets were aligned with their skills and training, enabling them to take meaningful steps towards self-employment and income generation.

This initiative marks a significant step towards strengthening livelihoods and promoting self-reliance among our beneficiaries. Each asset distributed is not just a tool—but a pathway to dignity, independence, and sustainable income.

"A Promising Beginning in Siliguri”

The Siliguri WFD Program – 1st Batch Launch marked a vibrant start with the enthusiastic participation of 25 aspiring students. The event set the tone for an exciting journey ahead, as each student received a welcome kit, symbolizing the beginning of their skill development pathway.

The occasion was further elevated by the gracious presence of our esteemed guests and valued stakeholders. Representatives from Fusion HR – Pranit Roy, Naresh Gorain, and Asha Didi (Santa Goswami); TAS – Aditi Ghosh, Rajashree Majumdar, and Mera Roy; along with local stakeholders – Mani Singh, Ajay Ganguli, and Rupa Chakraborty, came together to encourage and inspire the participants.

Reach India Trust organized a 3-day Beneficiary Enterprise Development Training for 16 beneficiaries under the Nomi Network Workforce Development Program, held from 16th to 18th January. The training aimed to build basic entrepreneurial mindset, financial literacy, and livelihood planning skills among participants to support their journey towards small-scale income generation.

The sessions were conducted at the DRCSC Support Education Centre, which provided the training venue and logistical support. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, the beneficiaries gained exposure to enterprise concepts, budgeting, market understanding, and business readiness.

Asset Distribution Ceremony | Siliguri | 26th December 2025

Reach India Trust successfully organized an Asset Distribution Ceremony at Siliguri on 26th December 2025 under the Nomi Network – Workforce Development Program. This initiative marked an important milestone for our beneficiaries who successfully completed their skill-based training programs.

Following the completion of training, need-based assets were distributed to the beneficiaries to support them in starting or strengthening their livelihood activities. The assets were provided in alignment with each participant’s area of interest and skill specialization, including tailoring, cake making, nail art, and beauty salon services. This approach ensures practical application of skills and promotes self-employment and sustainable income generation.

We were privileged to have the presence of our esteemed stakeholders and guests:
