Hatiara Asha Foundation is a voluntary Organization registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act 1961 in the year 2012. The highest decision making body is the Governing Body consisting of seven members. Day to day management of the programme is done by the Directors of Hatiara Asha Foundation in consultation with the Secretary and the President. Abul Hasan, inspirational Founder and Chief Functionary of the Organization (General Secretary and Chief Managing Director) have been providing strategic leadership to the organization. "I opened my eyes in a small village called Kumbhira (Malda, West Bengal). Here, I learned the very first lesson of my life i.e. respecting individuals who were other than my parents but connected to me equally or sometimes better. I never thought that one day I will be a part of an NGO like Hatiara Asha Foundation. I always wish to help people who are in need for genuine reasons. I believe I will be able to do justice to my responsibilities and will be able to put best out of me to serve humanity. As per my experience, I believe that it is not one or two hands job. The organizational Programme Managers and Unit Heads are the Top Implementing Body of the Projects running in Hatiara Asha Foundation by putting shape to the Policies and Strategic Plans. They all are working as per advice of the Director. Team members are encouraged to improve their technical and management skills by participating in Training Workshops. Monthly and Quarterly Meetings are conducted by the Unit Heads to discuss about the progress of the activities in presence of Director. Hatiara Asha Foundation Management is a Team of Professionals, Social Workers and Technical Resource Persons, who work as a Team and a Family to ensure that overall Goals and Objectives are achieved. Abul Hasan, Secretary & CMD of Hatiara ASHA Foundation, The Son of Saifuddin Ahmed and Chain Banu Bibi; Born in September 10, 1982. He is a Business Graduate from the University of North Bengal in 2005; Post Graduate in Business Administration from ICFAI University in 2007. He entered in Business after four year enriched experience in Non-Finance & Educational Industry in 2011. He has built its reputation through its dedicated work and honest dealing with the clients. He serves as true individual and a Professional Business person in commercial hub & port city of Kolkata, India. Abdur Rahman, the founder Member & President of Hatiara Asha Foundation, hails from Village Sealampore, Kaliachak of Malda District of West Bengal, India. He has completed his Bachelor degrees in Arts, BBMS Diploma in Homeopathy. Born on 01st January, 1960 in a small village he started getting acclimatized with the state of the region. As he grew up, he experienced with awe that there was not a single day when cries of helpless anguish were not heard. He is occupied in Central Government Enterprise since last 30 Years. He has been awarded many prestigious awards for his contribution to the mankind.
