Independence is not only getting freedom from a certain ruler who ruled our country. The true essence of independence lies in freeing every individual from below the poverty line and trying to pull them up.
Independence from hunger, Independence from lack of shelter, Independence from no clothes.

We at Aspire And Glee have always thrived to support the people at every nook and corners of Bengal. As you can see, this is such a difficult location as it is middle of a bridge where express trains pass by, but in the land of Vande Bharat's, there's another section of Bharat, who needs love, affection, care to survive. So, without a second thought, we went , we supported.

Ration kits, Mosquito nets and our heart full of love.

1. Lunch at ‘Neelkontho’ orphanage,Alipurduar,delicious mutton meal along with ice-creams,cold drinks and mangoes,by Soumendu and Sanghamitra Chakraborty.
2. Lunch at 'Ramthakur Briddhabas' by Sathi and Buddhaditya,who wanted to spread smiles.
3. Lunch for the children at ‘Shantidhaam’ orphanage in Belmuri by Aditi Das on the occasion of birthday of her son.
4. Lunch at 'Baruipur Helping Hand Foundation Oldage Home' by Aditi Das,again.
5. Lunch at ‘Heaven’s shelter home’ at Alipurduar from ‘Lee Min Ho’ official fanclub of India,on the occasion of Lee Min Ho’s birthday celebration.
6. Lunch for the tea-estate workers and their children at Alipurduar, by Sanada on her birthday,one of our regular donors.
7. Lunch for the children of ‘Shantidhaam’ orphanage in Belmuri by Arpesh Roy,uncle of Aranya roy on the occasion of Aranya’s 10th birthday.
8. Lunch at 'Baruipur Helping Hand Foundation Oldage Home' by Rajeshwari Basu on the occasion of her ‘father in-law’s birthday.
9. Lunch for the children at ‘Neelkontho’ orphanage,Alipurduar, delicious chicken meal by Anindita Chakraborty,who wanted to spread smiles.
10. Lunch at Maa Kali oldage home,Panchashayar,Kolkata by parents of Adhrit Banerjee on his 5th birthday.
11. Lunch for the street children at Patharpratima island by our very own Varsha on the occasion of her birthday celebration.
12. Lunch at 'Baruipur Helping Hand Foundation Oldage Home' by Payal Sarkar on the occasion of 35th marriage anniversary of her parents,Moushumi Sarkar and Milanjit Sarkar.

As the country halted for seeking their rights, one of the fundamental rights of every individual is 'roti - kapda - aur makan'.

Makan, is a little far fetched, but we ensured that the roti and kapda stays for a few days for these tea estate workers in a remote village in Alipurduar.

Ration kits emphasizing two weeks support, clothes from Kolkata's first ever free clothes bank and endless smiles - that's all what we can do.

No GenZ, No Millennial, No politics , only support. Support for the people, who need it the most, in the farther most areas of the country.

150+ families, 400+ smiles 😊 🤞🏾

5kms away from Bhutan, the dense forest of Dooars and Hasimara breathe a little respite as the team Aspire and Glee was present to spread smiles.

More than 100 families were supported with ration kits, including rice, pulses, oil and daily necessities, with special emphasis on feminine hygiene by distributing sanitary napkins. Additionally mosquito nets were distributed to each family with the needy also getting refurbished clothes from Bengal's first free clothes bank.

This was the first event of the three back to back events that the team wrapped up last weekend after a hectic week at work, because smiles should not wait.

Thanks for your support in standing by us, we commit to stand by them through thick and thin.

4. Lunch for the street children at Patharpratima island by Sagarika Bhattacharya on the occasion of ‘Poila Boishakh’.
5. Lunch at Alipurduar by Sananda,one of our regular donors for the tea-estate workers and their families.
6. Lunch for the children at ‘Shantidhaam’ orphanage in Belmuri by Dulal Mondal for his son Rishav's birthday. Rishav is one of our regular donors.
7. Lunch at 'Baruipur Helping Hand Foundation Oldage Home' by Atrayi Sinha for her birthday.
8. Lunch at Heaven’s shelter home at Alipurduar by Chandrima on her 4th anniversary.
9. Lunch at Maa Kali olage home, Panchashayar, Kolkata by one of our members, who wants to stay anonymous, in memory of his late father.
10. Lunch at Neelkontho orphanage,Alipurduar by Sritama in fond memories of her brother Sarthak Bose.
11. Lunch for the children at ‘Shantidhaam’ orphanage in Belmuri by Suchitra De on her child's birthday. Also, some stationeries were distributed to the children,as well.
12. Lunch at 'Baruipur Helping Hand Foundation Oldage Home' by Nandini Manna on the occasion of her daughter’s 1st birthday.
13. Lunch for the street children at Patharpratima island by Nandini Manna once again.
14. Lunch at 'Baruipur Helping Hand Foundation Oldage Home' by Ankan,Prasanta,Arnab and Pratyusha, our members, on the occasion of celebrating East Bengal FC’s victory in ISL.

We are extremely elated to announce that Aspire And Glee has bagged an award at All Bengal NGO Summit for it's service to the society. The first of it's kind initiative to bring the entire gamut of NGOs in Bengal under one umbrella.

We are thankful to the jury who had taken time to ponder upon our presentation and chose us as one of the winners. Congratulations to the others who won as well, the one's who didn't as well, because I'm a firm believer of the smiles you spread are the biggest award you get.

Last but not the least, our wonderful donors, thanks a ton for supporting us, instilling your belief and bestowing your hard earned money on us. We can only function, because of the love you have been showering on us since last 13 years.

Happy birthday to one of our OG comrades, one of the brains of our organisation, spearheading our administrative jobs and paperworks with ease for some time now. Many many happy returns of the day, Souvik Ghosh. Though he is not on social media, he has been a silent stalwart for us for over a decade now.
